MIRACLE IN A POUCH!!!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews. However, I had to on this one. I have been dehydrated for quite some time. No amount of water, Gatorade, or Pedialyte could help me. To the point I felt water-logged and wouldn’t drink anymore that I wanted to go to ER to get a drip. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try (my son is a workout beast and adventurer and suggested something like this. However his is different and doesn't contain the vitamins) I received this today and gave it a shot. IM TELL YA’LL!!!! Within about 20 mins of consumption. My brain fog was gone. I felt like I had life left in me. I think I even have a little bounce in my step! Lol. My body doesn't feel compromised and feels healthy. And that fact that it has all your necessary B-Vitamins and Vitamin C was a HUGE bonus that attracted me to it. You wont find that in gatorade or water. The Passion Fruit is really good. The taste is wonderful. It is not chalky or too salty considering it has 500mg of sodium. And with 170mg of Potassium thats another bonus you wont find in sports drinks. People may assume that the sodium content and sugar(only 11 grams) is high. But in reality, your body needs a complete balance of everything that is this product in order for your body to quickly align itself. Its the same As an IV drip. For people who dehydrate easily, workout, or had ONE too many the night before (not tested yet but sure it will be useful haha) this is the product you need. I feel 200% better after one stick in 16oz of water than I did an hour ago. This is truly amazing and i plan to purchase more for on hand use. Great for basic rehydration and to prevent hangovers!

Passion fruit is BY FAR the best Liquid IV flavor. Love these when I’m feeling a little dehydrated, especially when I’m on cold medicine or have been traveling. Also spectacular to ward off a hangover! For that purpose, I recommend one before you start drinking, one before bed and even one the next morning. If you’re drinking all day, prob good to add another 1-2 in between cocktails. Works like a charm! I only wish that Costco carried the Passionfruit flavor cause it’s a bit cheaper to purchase there than on Amazon. Oh well, worth the extra $0.15 per packet for better flavor IMO.

The only thing that worked after the FIRST try!

I work a desk job so I’m not as active as I’d like to be. A few weeks ago I started experiencing tightness and cramping in my calves. I’d drink 100 oz of water a day, eat foods with potassium, and rub magnesium oil on them, and stretch. Those things helped some, but I still could tell they were on the verge of cramping all the time. I bought liquid IV and THANK GOODNESS! I seriously could tell the difference after the first one I drank. I’ve had one per day for the past couple days and this will be a part of my daily routine. It’s amazing. My calves are 100% back to normal!

Hydrating for best health!

Liquid IV has taken my hydration efforts to the next level! I'm not a doctor, but I am an expert in my own home where proper hydration makes all the difference between a good or bad day for my family. It keeps us upright! I start each day with a sleeve and on a tough day, I'll do another. Wellness is our main concern, and we take those concerns on the road with us, so if I go on a trip, LIV does, too. It's perfect to keep in the car, and I always have a sleeve in whatever purse I'm using. Two if I'm meeting up with a friend (because I don't share drinks!) Each sleeve contains the perfect balance of salt, potassium and sugar. I limit sugar intake, so I do count this in my total daily amount. I've had Gatorade (sorry... yuck) and other hydration drinks, but I'm always left thinking the flavor is off. Just off, you know? LIV isn't like that. Total winner! If you're a doubting Thomas or think it's too expensive, do yourself a favor and get a 16 pack. Even doing a sleeve every other day will benefit your health. You deserve that! My thrifty husband's going to have a hard time getting me to ever consider stopping use of LIV. Honestly, I'd rather slash my entertainment budget. It's THAT good. My current flavor is passion fruit. I'm sure I'll cycle to others. You can't go wrong. If you like that flavor in other food items, you'll like it here.

Liquid IV really works!

This really helped my husband. Last year we almost lost him because he had given up. He wasn’t eating or drinking fluids. We went to the emergency room three times to get him an IV. Liquid IV has made such a difference for him. He looks better, feels better, and it even helps him go to the bathroom. I tell our elderly friends about it and even my son said he was going to try this because he never gets enough water. We did purchase another brand as well but Liquid IV goes down much easier. I just found out about it last month and have already placed my second order. I highly recommend Liquid IV!

NO MORE HANGOVERS!

My husband and I drink this before overindulging with friends. Y'ALL. We are believers! We have had this before weddings, bachelorette parties, birthday parties... any event where we know we're going to drink too much alcohol. And the next morning? Tired, yes. Feel like death? Absolutely not! I no longer feel shaky, nauseous, spinny... name your hangover symptom - I don't feel it. This stuff works great. I highly recommend it to those that are looking to avoid the morning after regret that a night of partying brings. Is it a miracle cure? NO - you have to have it before (or during) drinking. But I think as a preventative measure it works for sure! We had the acai flavor and it was fine. A bit like an extra salty gatorade. Haven't tried passion fruit yet, but I'm not worried. I literally pour it into a bottle of water, shake it up and chug away - barely any time to taste, and I'm not drinking it for the flavor, anyway! Highly recommend this product. We reorder every time we run out.

Good hydration!

First, I got the passion fruit, and I love the flavor. I have a kidney issue which makes staying hydrated a challenge, but without proper hydration I get dizzy all the time (even sitting down!) and I have horrible headaches. After a week of using one packet a day, I wasn't getting dizzy at all, and hadn't had a headache in a couple days. After 16 days (I got 16 packets) I felt better than I've felt in years. Will definitely be getting more!

Bonus Benefit...Hangover Cure.

I originally got this because I don’t drink enough water, and i know it. The passion fruit flavor is great. It is sweet and salty but both of those flavors have a purpose, just stir completely before drinking. After a long night of drinking on New Year’s Eve, i discovered the next day that this is also great for hangovers. Happy New Year to me! The electrolytes are probably the magical powers here along with the extra hydration. Happy with my purchase for #1 getting more hydration #2 being more functional on hangover day.

It is good

I have POTS and find when I do not take in enough electrolytes my fatigue and symptoms get worse. I do not like drinking Gatorade everyday because of the artificial dyes and it makes my teeth feel gritty. I was introduced to Liquid IV by a friend on Facebook and was hooked ever since. I like the lemon lime flavor the best. The passion fruit flavor is okay but is really sweet. My least favorite is acai berry. For some reason the acai berry packets do not dissolve easily in water. I have been taking the packets to work with me and they help me with my fatigue and brain fog. I also like to drink them during my period to help with mineral loss and to keep blood volume up (which helps POTS also). I am also very pleased to know they donate a serving with every purchase.

They've made me a customer for life.

Doing a week-long hike in the Sierra Nevada, my friend and I had never tackled such a long hiking trip before and, being pretty mindless and dumb, we both got dehydration sickness. These two angels that happened to be camping at the same spot gave us some of their liquid IV packets to help us recover. Y'all, this stuff works. We still had a long strenuous hike ahead of us and I believe wholeheartedly this powdery magic helped us recover and regain our strength so so so much faster. It was the first time I'd even heard of this brand but I kept one of my used packets making sure to never throw it away just so I could remember the name intending to buy more in the future. I've placed a couple orders since then and fast forward a few years and now I'm expecting my first child next month, planning to do a drug-free natural delivery, and in my childbirth class the instructor insists that little snacks and electrolyte hydration are essential for the painfully long haul of labor. She suggested Gatorade but I knew immediately what I was gonna choose instead.
