Great for large negatives

There are lots of gadgets for scanning negatives 35mm to 120 size, however nothing inexpensive for scanning larger negatives. Putting my collection of 4x5 b&w negatives on the light box, I take digital photos of them and invert the colors with my graphics program. A little bit of enhancing and they reproduce perfectly. Also did the same with some smaller 120 size color negatives. Light weight, easy to set up -- love it!

Perfect for tracing quilt patterns

I'm a quilter and have to trace patterns for applique on quilt projects. This item is perfect for this. It works exactly as described. The light pads sold in quilt shops and catalogs are so much more expensive and are not any better than this one. This was received in two days (prime member) and needless to say, I am very happy with it and would recommend this product from this seller.

Slim and pretty!

I placed my new LED light box next to my old one to show how thrilled I am with how much slimmer and prettier it is. I won't have to pack it out of sight when not in use. Plus it has a USB plug instead of my old 3-pronged, impossible to plug in one has. (You will have to purchase an adaptor separately if you wish to plug the LED box into a power outlet if you don't already have one around the house.) You simply touch the screen button until you reach the desired brightness. And we're talking bright here! The built in measurement ruler is metric, but I don't mind.

This lightbox is perfect for the hobbyist who needs to do tracings.

I have always wanted a lightweight light box and the description of this light pad checked all the boxes for my needs. The light box was delivered in two days and I had it up and running in five minutes. It is the most user friendly item I have ever purchased. Plug it in, turn it on, and adjust the light intensity all from one button. The dimmable feature provides the flexibility for all types of tracings. The power cable is very long so locating the box is not an issue. The lightweight of this box makes portability very easy.

Good value and versatile choice

I recently purchased this A4S lightpad, and am impressed at just how lightweight and sturdy it appears to be. The power button adjusts the brightness of the pad, and depending on how long you press the button, can be turned back on with the preferred level of brightness stored. The power cord fits snugly into the pad, and has given me no problems. I'm very pleased with the purchase! My main use has been for diamond paintings, and the light is strong enough to see the symbols easily. I have also used it for use with alcohol makers to light up behind my ink stamp patterns so I can better stay in the lines - works well for that, too.

Didn't know I needed it until I had it

What a great little tool to use for crafting. It's great for weeding vinyl, tracing patterns and I'm sure a lot of other things that I haven't gotten to yet. I love the lightweight, slim profile and that the amount of light is adjustable.

Great little light box

I am an engineer and often are holding drawings up to windows to compare multiple levels of structures to verify that the structure lines up. This light box does the trick. The brightness level can be adjusted so you can see through thicker sheets or multiple sheets of paper. My only complaint is that it does not have a rechargeable battery that can be used (even if only for a short period of time) so that it can be used anywhere without being tethered by the power chord. It is powered off a typical USB Type B(most phones and tablets) so it can be used off my laptop or wall charger. My wife and children also use it for the art projects and homework.

Copying 35mm slides a breeze

Product arrived very quickly, well packaged, easy to open. I wanted to copy 35 mm slides with my digital camera. I did not see any of these light boxes that had been used for that purpose. I thought I would give it a shot. This tablet works fantastically for the purpose. Glad I bought it.

Perfect for weeding vinyl

I bought this after it was recommended in a group I am in for weeding vinyl. It has a dimmable feature, it is super light weight and thin but yet still feels durable. I have used it for tracing some new artwork and also to weed my vinyl and it has worked well for both. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and have already done so to several friends.
