It's really very easy to install, control and monitor using Amplifi application.

Amazing what a new router can do!!

I was paying for cable 150 download speed and was averaging around 30 with my old net gear router. Fired this baby up (which was super easy) and now I am pushing 140!! It was way smaller than I envision based on the pictures I saw on Amazon. The LCD screen is nice that shows me the date and time. I got the same speeds right next to the router in the basement as I did upstairs in my kitchen. Super happy with this purchase! If anything changes, I will update my review.

Easy set up

This just works and setup is really easy and fast

I installed this in a small home which has had wireless problems due to the layout. First of all the installation process is very straightforward. The base unit set up very quickly. The mesh extension came up in a couple of minutes. There was a firmware update which went flawlessly and the performance of the extension was noticeably improved. I can monitor the devices remotely which is great on such an inexpensive WiFi system. All in all, I highly recommend this as long as it meets your requirements. For larger homes or more intense WiFi performance, I would go with the more appropriate Ubiquiti systems.

Great home coverage, will make any house a wireless dream

Great product, improved my parents WiFi coverage from spotty and unreliable with a Motorola ASTRIS combo modem router (which really crumbles under more than 3 or 4 devices) to whole home happiness. If there was a brand that knows wireless internet, its Ubiquiti. The setup guide would be far more helpful if it was more than just 3 pieces of goofy cards, but the setup is simple enough that this could be overlooked and still given 5 stars.

Great all in one solution

I tried a couple of other mesh systems. The Amplifi Instant was by far the quickest to set up - didn't require a separate router ( I can return my lousy rented frontier router) , and provided the fastest speed times. All in about half the cost of other systems I tried.
