This knife met all my expectations. I used it at Thanksgiving for cutting bread and a few other items. Very sharp, high quality steel holds an edge. The handle feels very comfortable in my hand. I would recommend this to anyone looking for new knives.

Best bread knife ever

I used this on a hero the other day and with very to little force it cut through like butter. It's not heavy, and easy to grip. I just bought another as a Christmas gift for my cousin.

Incredible quality!

I was hesitant to purchase this bread knife as I bake my own bread and have always felt that I need to use an electric knife to cut the warm, freshly baked bread... I was wrong. I just use the weight of the knife and a back and forth motion to cut through even the softest loaves. I am actually surprised, but pleased with my purchase and would recommend this knife.
