Clarifying previous reviews
Re: other reviews: The tag does not say Relaxed fit as Wrangler's other relaxed fit jeans, but they definitely are relaxed, not tight. Fits as described - crotch room good, straight leg, sits at waist, fits exactly as shown in Amazon picture. Zipper fly not button as shown in bullet points at top of listing. Flex aspect is minimal, not particularly noticeable. Length results in slight break at shoe. Based on my previous purchases expect noticeable shrinkage and lightening of color as you wash, however I think they actually look better after several washings, but order with enough room to allow for some shrinkage. Product description is very accurate, except incorrect reference to button fly. I couldn't be happier.

Comfy and move well
I bought these for my fiance for work. They are an extremely dark rinse however for us that is good being as he uses them for work. He says that they are comfortable and move well which is a must climbing up and down ladders all day. I definitely plan on purchasing these again

Fits well... great price...
...not sure why there are so many 'one star' reviews stating they aren't 'relaxed fit'. I bought two pairs of Wrangler and two pairs of Levi 550 - (both sized: 42 x 34, 'relaxed fit'). In comparison, both seem roomy enough that I can tell on my elderly frame (isn't that the definition of 'relaxed fit'?). Both fit pretty well to size... waists are exact with only the slightest difference noticeable in length (Wranglers a tad longer than 34"). The biggest difference is that the Wranglers are half the price of the Levis! Both seem to have the same fabric weight, and both seem reasonably well made. I'm satisfied enough to offer 5 stars. Time will tell of longevity and wear.

First Time Buying Jeans Online - Worked Out Well!
Ordered these for my husband because we've been extremely busy and didn't have time to go to a store to get any and he was in desperate need of a new pair - he works construction and is rather rough on his clothes. We were a little hesitant to order online, without being able to try them on first, but these were great. They are a tiny bit bit, but nothing a belt won't fix, and stretchy, which my husband loves because he moves around a lot for work. He liked them so much I am going to be ordering a few more pairs soon.

Comfortable and perfect fit.
Wrangler brand has always done me well for jeans the few times I've bought jeans. I admit I'm not normally a jeans person, I usually prefer cargo pants. But I wanted to purchase a couple new pairs of jeans for variety. I purchased a Wrangler and a Maverick pair, both same kind of relaxed fit and all. The Wrangler pants fit perfect in both waist and length for me. I did not need to do any purpose shrinkage. It has been washed a couple of times and no fading, no shrinking, and I don't see any issues with the stitching. It's quite roomy, which is what I like, and feels very comfortable. The Maverick pair I ordered were great too, except the length was just a tad bit too long (but a purpose shrink fixed it and they are great too now). For around $20, this is a great pair of pants. I expect them to last me a good while as well. I would recommend them if you are looking for some good quality jeans at a cheap price.

Second Pair A Charm
When I recieved my pants I was going to wash them right away, but my wife always says try them on first, thank god I did. I found the right front pocket riveted shut, so I returned them and Amazon sent me another within 2 days, pretty impressive, I sent the defective jeans back via UPS. The second pair were fine, a little thinner material than the older pairs I bought a couple of years ago, but overall I like them. The older pair seemed a little more relaxed around the rear and front of the zipper area. I'd buy another pair just make sure there ok first.

Good jeans, good fit, good price
I usually hate buying jeans because when it comes to fit, it can be tough to find middle ground between those that are so loose and baggy that they look and feel sloppy, and those that are so form-fitting that they feel like your junk has been shrink-wrapped. These Wranglers find that middle ground nicely. As other reviewers have noted, the product tag doesn't actually state that these are relaxed-fit, even though they're advertised as such; but they do look and fit like the other relaxed-fit jeans in my closet. They're a nice mid-weight denim, and very sharp looking (I purchased the black ones). Nothing fancy-shmancy about them, just good basic jeans at a good basic price.

Sharp-Looking, Great Fit
After trying and returning literally 8-9 different styles of jeans over the last year or two (I hate clothes shopping in retail stores / will take the extra UPS drop-offs on my way to work), I finally found a pair that are stylish enough to wear in restaurants or business casual, but relaxed enough to wear to BBQs or just hanging out. A great all-purpose jean. They are the perfect compromise between the overly baggy "slob jeans" that many people wear and the overly styles "metro-snug" jeans that way too many guys seem to be wearing these days. Will never understand a style that makes it OK for a man to wear jeans that look like they were cut for women. Regardless of what your personal life looks like, guys should wear jeans that look like they were designed for guys. But what type of shape you are matters a lot with jeans. What fits one body type is lousy for another. What I've found is when I tried the more "regular fit" type Wrangler jeans, they fit my thinner legs (and spare tire) great out of the bag, but as soon as I washed and dried them a couple times they shrunk and in all the wrong places, making the crotch too tight to sit down. Not to mention the "flood is coming" look. Conversely the more sytlistic "trim fit" jeans were uncomfortable from the start; how does anyone sit in those things without crushing their family jewels? Crazy. But these jeans are just as comfortable standing or sitting as when I bought them, several months ago. I bough a couple pair and I try not to wash them more than a couple times a month; I've found you don't really need to. What our parents taught my siblings about washing every article of clothing after every use is just dumb when it comes to jeans especially. Socks, underwear, undershirts, t-shirts... generally yes. One day use and done. Jeans, no. Unless you're sweating a lot or spill something on them, washing jeans after every use is a sure-fire road to frustration. I wear each pair 3-4 times before washing them (unless as I say I'm doing something other than sitting at a desk all day in an air-conditioned room). That plus the better cut and fit vs. other Wrangler and Levi's types, has resulted in a great, long-lasting jean. They fade less too. I am going to buy 2-3 pair of these every 12-18 months for as long as my body type allows it. :)

Wrangler Jeans. Are Top Notch
Let me just start off by saying that I am a very big fan of Wrangler products. I have bought and wore Wranglers for a long time. They are very comfortable and very long lasting. I have not recently bought the "Authentics" until now. They are very good jeans. I do prefer the "Relaxed style" because of the fadded color look and the fit is better for me. There is nothing wrong with these jeans it's just my preference. They do however seem to run a bit large in the waist ( size 42 ) so for me a belt is needed. All in all the jeans are a very good buy.

Great Fit, Great Price!
I haven't bought jeans in years, and I'm so glad I got to try these Wrangler Relaxed Fit jeans. I am a 47-year old man who weighs in at 250. I carry all my excess weight right around the middle... my legs are sculpted from carrying my Santa Claus belly. And this generally causes problems with what pants. Usually, in a size 38 or 40, the waist is quite snug and the material around the legs can flap like flags in the wind. That's the proportion issue, but in this case, everything works out nicely. I wish I had work pants for the office like this! The relaxed fit looks like it should be a normal relaxed fit, and they actually fit and look better than normal jeans. This means a lot to me, and I imagine a normally proportionate male would find these jeans to be comfortable relaxed fit jeans as well -- I don't see this as being a case of the perfect fit just for me. And sporting a $20 price tag? Fantastic price for a good quality pair of jeans. I'm very happy with them and will be buying a couple more pairs soon or putting them on my wish list for Christmas. I highly recommend them!
