I went to a health clinic with my corgi and discovered his microchip was not there. He was chipped, but the vet said chips can come out more often than you think. He got rechipped there but I was worried about my other dogs - my friend in Texas who has rescued a lot of strays suggested I buy an inexepensive chip reader. It works right out of the box - so easy! I discovered my old dogs microchips went missing as well. Making an appointment to get their redone! Great to have on hand if you ever come across a lost dog or cat.

We’re fostering a litter of 8 black kittens and this is a lifesaver for telling them apart. We need to know who is who in order to weigh them and figure out who is eating well, who is playful and who is cuddly, etc. It works fast and is the perfect size.

Mine just arrived and I’m impressed. We have 3 rescues and I’m trying to trouble shoot how sensitive this scanner is. It’s only reading 1 of our chips which is a home again. My other 2 dogs are a home again and a 24 hour per watch so trying to see if this scanner is amazing and detected my 2 dogs chips aren’t there anymore or working or if they’re avid chips or if it just isn’t reading their chips. Was trying to avoid another vet visit just to have chips read. :)

This is a great tool. Works on any USA microchip regardless of animal. Would highly recommend.

Great scanner and also it’s rechargeable with a usb. Small size but works great. We are happy with it

A friendly black and white cat began to visit my home without a collar ID tag. Appeared to be in good health and unlikely to be a feral cat. I purchased the reader hoping my friend would be microchipped and indeed he was! Although the probable NanoCHIP (15 digit 134.2kHz ISO 11784/85 FDX-B) was not registered with any database, I eventually learned he belonged to one of my neighbors. Bright, reproducible, high resolution display immediately appeared passing the device over his left shoulder. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved it! I scanned my 3 boys to test if it works, and it did! The microchip number pulls up instantly!!! I’m now the neighborhood stray scanner, haha. It’s the size of my hand (not very big) and fits in my pocket. Zero things wrong with this scanner!!!

I work for animal services, and this is just the right size to keep at my desk. It hasn’t failed to pick up a chip. It’s very reliable and durable. It has been dropped once and did not break.

Set up ready to go right out of the box!

So far works on all microchips I've scanned
