Helpful and Functional

Cleaning a dishwasher is not so obvious a need as one might think. It is indeed necessary. This product, in our opinion, does a fine job. The natural components are effective. A very fine product.

This stuff is incredible!!!!!

My dishwasher was so disgusting inside that I was ready to get rid of it and buy a new one. It was completely coated with mineral deposits and other disgusting stuff - even though I would scrub it. Then I read about this product and decided to give it a try. It is simply amazing! I ran it through the regular cycle once and 95% of the stuff was just plain gone! My sister and I couldn't believe our eyes. So I ran it through again, and that remained were one or two spots of mineral deposits. Since then we have been using the booster powder with every wash, and the dishwasher looks brand new! It is completely white inside - even all of the racks - and the metal is gleaming. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. I will be using this once a month forever! I will also keep using the booster powder every day - it makes all of the dishes shiny with no residue.

Dishwasher interior is significantly cleaner-looking

I purchased this product upon the recommendation of a dishwasher repairman who came to service the dishwasher - which was only two years old! There has been quite a bit of white mineral build-up in the interior. He recommended Lemi Shine. I purchased some and, as recommended, used two doses the first time. The appearance is much improved. It's not perfect but the coverage of the white is much less, and the Lemi Shine was successful where scrubbing, application of vinegar and baking soda, and other things I tried were not. So I do consider the results excellent for my particular situation and am giving 5 stars. I plan to keep using it and perhaps over time the appearance might improve more.

Works great!

I used this for the first time after reading that deep cleaning your dishwasher is essential to keeping your dishwasher working well. I ran this on an older Kenmore Dishwasher that was with the house when we bought the house in 2004. Noticed an immediate sound difference, i.e. the machine was quieter, with the dishwasher. This got us reading a bit more and we found out you can remove the inside section of the dishwasher door. You can look for your model on the internet to see if this is an option. We really weren't ready for what we found. Let's just say there was some stuff that needed to be cleaned. Good news is we spent a few hours cleaning what I can only describe as buildup inside the door. There was no way could expect this product to clean that mess. A great product to clean the other parts of your washer you can't reach. The sound difference I can only guess was cleaning buildup from the pump blades.

Just what I needed

Much easier to use than the other types that require placement in the dish rack . Nice scent and did a good job.

Scale? What scale?

We have hard water. By which I mean, HARD WATER! Our 3 year old stainless dishwasher looked like it was white. One cycle with this product and it looks brand new again. Granted, the edges along the seals and such didn't get much action and will need more hands-on attention, but the racks, the silverware tray, the spray arms - all like new. It's been a couple of months since we used this, and so far no build up to be seen...

It works!

I purchased this and their disposal cleaner (which works also!!) after several attempts with vinegar to rid my dishwasher of a slight odor. Granted, this is partially my fault, as I don't rinse my dishes all that well before loading the dishwasher. Lesson learned. After a good clean, I used this, and it seems to have taken care of the odor. Good product.

Very Simply, It Works

Very simply, this stuff works. It turned a dull stainless steel interior of an older dishwasher into a like-new interior. One application worked like a charm. Only one issue -- one of the bags had a small separation in a seam and product was spilling into the rest of the box. Not a mess, but it does make one concerned about manufacturing quality control.
