Great product

My boss really liked this product. I bought one for each person in the office.

Works fine

The quality is good. This might work for a paperback book or for reading the label on a jar or can. If you are threading a needle under it, or using it to magnify an area to remove a splinter, I think it would be fine. I think it work well for, say, reading a map in a car, as well (although I don't know how many people do that these days). If you want to inspect a coin or stamp, and it's enough magnification for you, I think you will be satisfied. I did not notice any distortion in the lens. My only negative is that it was not quite large enough for us. It's the size described, and that's not a flaw...except with our eyes, of course. We would just like a slightly wider one that covers more of an area at one time. Maybe the seller will offer one some day. We'd sure like to order again.

Love this. Bought so I could read the fine print on instructions -seems like more things are sent with smaller than ever (recently guitar tuner, cosmetics, medication, etc). Lightweight, great LED and lens. The smaller w/higher magnification is handy. Doesn’t feel or look cheap. Would be nice if it came with a case but giving 5 stars because it’s just as described at a great price. I bought a smaller retractable one for my purse but this one is more clear ( have food allergies so label reading is especially important). One for my home office and one for the kitchen!

Great for elderly friend with some macular degeneration

I bought this for an elderly friend who is dealing with some macular degeneration, he uses it to read envelopes, letters, his calendar, etc. and said it was very helpful, especially to have the light underneath the magnifying glass shining on the text so he can read better. His condition makes it hard to read things like the newspaper or long articles, but this is perfect for him to see the smaller bits of texts in his daily life like prescription bottles. He also likes the fact that the light button is easy to find and press, and that it is light weight and not complicated to use or maneuver. Thinking of getting another one so he has one at his table and another next to his chair since he uses a walker and I don't want him to have to carry it from place to place while navigating with the walker. I am giving it 5 stars because it has made his life easier! Vision is such a gift!

Great customer service

I bought this magnifying glass since my husband and I are both doing complex paint-by-number sets and some of the numbers are hard to see. When I received my original purchase, the glass was great, but the compartment for the batteries seemed to be loose and couldn't get the light to stay on. SeeZoom contacted me a couple days after purchase to see how I liked the product. I explained my situation and they assured me that this was very unusual then immediately sent me a new one, which works perfectly. I don't normally write reviews, but was so impressed with them that I felt others should know what a great company this is.

BEST AND BRIGHTEST LIT MAGNIFYING GLASS EVER!

I've never found a magnifying glass that works this well - has strong magnification 3x and a 45 dot lens, with an LED light that's so bright that if you face the wrong side toward your eyes, you'll be "snow blind" for a week, haha! FABULOUS product! In fact, I love it so much that I just sent a thank you note to the company and ordered two more, that's how good it is. Oh, and the company is WONDERFUL about taking care of their customers. Very rare and comforting to know that!

High Quality Magnifying Lens

The product is very well made. Combined with the light feature, (and the bonus lens on the handle that magnifies the tiniest of lettering 45x bigger), makes reading documents a lot easier. I will be purchasing additional lens for the office, and highly recommend the SeeZoom Lighted Magnifying Glass. Sharp, bright light and handy for fine details!!!

We started a 500 piece and 1000 piece puzzle over the holidays. Our current lighted magnifier died and we replaced it with this one. This is awesome! We love it. The magnification is sharp, the light bright and even the little magnifying glass, which was a bit hard to figure out at first has come in handy for the finely detailed pieces. We love it so much we want another one. Thanks for a great product!!

Nice Tool at a Good Price

I bought this primarily to help see the occasional splinter (and other minor irriations) and to help solve any paw problems my dog may occasionally get. (She started limping and we found a very small sand spur wedged between her digits/fingers.) This helped us see the problem clearly and gently remove it.) I had a smaller one before and the light bulb burned out. It was really too small to do much good to be honest, but it's all we had. I don't need a lit magnifying glass often, but when I do, it is essential to have one that works. This is a small-medium size magnifying glass that is big enough to do the job and feels light in your hand. It works great for us.
