I love love my new Nikon D3500! Adorama has some great kits assembled. My only regret is not doing more research into what kits are available. (Many others with better accessories available...)

Great entry level camera with good extras

I'm really enjoying this camera!! It's very easy to use for your first DSLR, but takes great pictures. It has a lot of settings so you can get a great picture no matter the lighting. The flash is pretty good, although i'll get another at some point. The lenses are really what drew me to this package, as is comes with 2 for a very good price. Both lenses work well and are good to start you out with. The camera bag is high quality, and the accessories are very helpful and not junk. Definitely recommend if you're looking for your first DSLR!

Great Value

I was looking for a DSLR with interchangeable lenses for taking photographs during our retirement travels. Talked to a friend who is a camera bug and he said this would be a good place to start, and he was correct. Like the layout of the buttons to get to the different features on the camera. The manual you can download from Nikon is a great resource as is the transfer program to get the pictures to your computer. The D3500 for Dummies is a good resource also. Only wish the kit had included at least UV filters for the lenses.
