Just what I’ve been looking for, I was recently diagnosed with type2 diabetes and I wanted a easy way to measure my food intake.

Very versatile

What I like most about this scale is I can use it to figure out the grams in a recipe. I used to get upset when I find a recipe I want and it is in grams or milligrams. Now I just set the scale for grams or lbs. or ounces and I can use any of these recipes. It is small and compact and light. very happy with this scale.

Measures in different units

I really love this scale. I’m raising my grandson and he was just diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. I have to weigh everything that he eats. I like the different units that it measures. The only thing that I have a problem with it is that the measurements ie g for grams and oz for ounces is so small to try and read.

Thoughtful features included

This scale has some nice features which, for me, were important. First, the scale platform is raised a bit above the display. That means when you set your big 12-quart tub on top, you can still read the display. The second thing I like is that the small tray that comes with it is sized to act as sort of a turtle shell for the scale when inverted during storage. Mine goes into a kitchen drawer, and there is always a chance that something could get knocked over on it. The tray takes the impact like a domed helmet for the scale. Thoughtful feature. Other than that, it works great, zeros easily and quickly, and I think the red color really looks great too. I’m not sure I would change anything.

Just what the doctor ordered. I’m suppose to track my food/liquid intake and this appears to be the best scale for the job. It is able to subtract the weight of the containers I’m using to put my food or liquid in. It was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. It even matches my kitchen.

The ideal scale for its accuracy, versatility and ease of use.

The scale's user manual is a quick and easy read. The scale measures weight in ounces, pounds and ounces, or grams, and it measures liquid volume in fluid ounces, or milliliters, all with incredible accuracy. I can weigh coffee beans in the clear plastic bowl that came with it in grams, or I can weigh letters on the scale's platform in ounces. It can be zeroed with or without the bowl, so no need for math. The scale can be used with other containers as well. The included bowl's design allows it to be placed upside down over the scale, completely covering and protecting it. I say, this scale is just about as versatile as a James Bond gadget.

Just what I needed.

I purchased this to use when making sourdough bread. The recipient used ingredients by weight instead of volume. This will pare with whatever vessel that you are using to hold your material do that you are only measuring what you are putting into the vessel.
