They save so much space by eliminating the knife block on the counter. Easy to install and I think the look great. It will aso be much easier to find the knives that were hidden in drawers. Very strong magnet. Be careful of fingers when attaching the magnet bar to the back plate.

Strong magnet and adhesive. Nice knife strip

Used the adhesive strip to avoid drilling into the tile. It's only a few inches above the countertop if it were to ever give out. Seems very well adhered to the wall though and the magnet is very strong. Happy with my purchase.

Watch your fingers!!!

Seriously... watch your fingers. The magnet on this thing is crazy-strong! I was looking for something which would allow me to get my knife block off the counter to give me more space and also provide more protection for the edges of my new Misen knives. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to drill into the wooden side of my fridge surround. The stainless steel holder itself is unexpectedly heavy and I was dubious about putting it on the backsplash, but whatever the adhesive is, it's incredibly strong! I think it bears repeating- watch your fingers! The holder comes with plastic tabs that separate the holder from the magnetic strip which provides the option of drilling into a wall or attaching the adhesive strip. Once they're out and you put it back on the holder, be very careful. My finger inadvertently was caught and it wasn't painless! Once the strip is back on, it's on for good! All in all, I'm still wondering how long the adhesive will stick, but right now it looks fantastic!

I received this next day and used the adhesive to attach it to my kitchen wall tile. I placed my knives on it about an hour later. Two days have gone by and it hasn't moved. I am extremely happy with this product. Thank you!

Absolutely Brilliant Magnetic Holder

This has to be the strongest Magnetic holder I have ever used, Took 2 minutes to fix tape and backing plate, wait 24 hours, fix Magnet and your good to go, but be careful attaching the Magnet to the backing plate as I have a little blood blister from where it caught the skin on my finger. (they do warn you on the instructions but the magnet is Really, Really Strong)

Very easy to install and perfect in rented accommodation where you can drill into the walls. Super strong and looks great. Would definitely buy again.

Schlicht und schön - aber Vorsicht bei der Montage!

Ich wollte nicht in meiner neuen Küchenrückwand bohren und habe eine Alternative gesucht, um Messer trotzdem platzsparend an die Wand zu bringen. In meiner Bestellung fehlte das Klebeband, allerdings wurde mir nach einer kurzen Mail noch eine Messerleiste zugeschickt (es war wohl nicht möglich, nur das Klebeband zu schicken...). Die Montage ist eigentlich selbsterklärend, wird auch nochmal erläutert - ich habe es trotzdem fertig gebracht, mir zwei Finger einzuklemmen und ja, es tat höllisch weh. Ich habe dann nochmal gewartet, bis die Quetschwunden verheilt waren und dann wirklich extrem vorsichtig mit diesem Magneten hantiert. Nun klebt es seit etwa drei Wochen und sieht wirklich super auch. Sehr schlichtes, neutrales Design, das überall hin passt, die Messer halten super (ich habe 4 Messer und 1 Schere angebracht). Sieht sehr gut aus!
