Lifesaver if you have a cat

This product has been an absolute lifesaver! I recently bought my son a new bed and was woken up by the sound of my cat clawing it. I immediately searched online for solutions so that the bed wouldn’t be ruined and I found this tape. It was easy to put on and it’s clear so it’s not that obvious that it’s on the furniture (the border and headboard is material not wood). I will definitely use this if I find my cat scratching anything else around the house.

Works like a charm - even after it is covered in fuzz and lint.

This worked great - as soon as my cat touched it she pulled her paws away with a look like, "what the heck is that - why are you tricking me?" Pretty funny. She hasn't even tried again once to scratch there. I wish I could cover my whole chair with it. Unfortunately, it has gathered dust and lint, so now it looks like beige/white tape on my navy blue chair, and it's not sticky anymore. Ah well...what we do for our cats, right? But it keeps her from scratching and ruining the chair permanently. I still have it on the furniture, but have pulled off a corner and the fabric underneath seems fine. I don't know if she will go back to scratching there again after I pull it all off...not ready to try that yet!

Cats don't like this stuff.

Cats hate touching this stuff. Put this tape where your cats are scratching and then watch their confusion as their favorite scratching spot takes on an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes the most basic products are the most helpful! This anti-scratch tape is the perfect solution for saving my doors! Our cat scratches all of our doors and is slowly destroying them. This double sided tape is perfect! It’s a great size to cover multiple angles, since it is nice and thick. My cat may be annoyed that he can’t scratch doors, but maybe now he will use the scratching posts he has!

Great in lieu of declawing!

This is a nice, clear, double-sided tape. You simply put it on the corners of the couch or wherever the cat likes to scratch, and they will not scratch there once they feel that stickiness. Im very anti-declawing and I tell all my friends w cats about this tape. You can cut any size to fit just about anywhere.

Great deterrent from ruining furniture

I have scratching post and other scratchers but I could not keep my cat from scratching my couches or the corner of my bed. This tape works great and has really deterred my cat from scratching the furniture.
