LOVE IT

I ma very pleased with this product. I purchased an expensive iPad cover and stand to protect my iPad am I was not impressed with it at all. This product is amazing and i would suggest everyone purchase it. You will not be disappointed. I have had people asking me where did I get this kind of Mac computer. Once I show them that it is my iPad and that I can separate the keyboard form the iPad, they are really amazed. i am very pleased with this product.

Detachable and protected!

This product is absolutely fantastic. Feels like working on a regular laptop. Better than that love to be able to just detach it from the keyboard and use the iPad with my Apple Pencil and switch back and forth. Only complaint would be is that it feels a bit plasticky a rough in some of the edges, but that’s if I were to be nitpicking.

Nice keyboard case for the iPad.

I just got this keyboard case and I’m impressed with the fact that it is plastic but it is very strong stuff. I like that the keyboard is a bit bigger than the other keyboards that I have had. It is not backlit! I think that this is well worth the money and so far it’s easy to use.

Decent Product and Excellent Customer Service

The product is very cost effective compared to the other options available on Amazon. The case and detachable keyboard combination helps the regular iPad become a mini computer. With iPadOS on the way, this case and keyboard can almost make me put away my MacBook Pro for long periods of time! The keyboard is nice and responsive to typing. The folio case had some quality issues after 3 months of light usage. When I reached out to Arteck customer service with my concern, they were very prompt and professional to honor the warranty and sent me a replacement within couple of days. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and I hope the replacement case lasts for a long time.

3/6//19 UPDATE: Make sure you know your model number first. It’s the tiny type on the back of the iPad (EX: A1822). Though this particular one didn’t fit my iPad, the company contacted me multiple times to offer a solution even after providing a full refund. Not exactly the same but works well for my intended purpose (having an attached keyboard). This company has EXCELLENT customer service, so I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one of their products. They are all about MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY! Thus, the 5-star rating for bending over backwards to help me with a solution for my particular iPad. UPDATE: This did not fit my 9.7” iPad (A1822). The long sides (width) could not be pressed/snapped into the case “frame.” I’m increasing the stars because I received a full refund and an offer of a replacement Bluetooth keyboard without the case. I didn’t accept this offer because I needed a case with an attached keyboard. Excellent customer service. ================= Does NOT fit my 9.7” iPad, but nice quality and finish.

Nice Keyboard at a great price

I bought this for my daughters iPad. It fits snug, and was easy to connect the blue tooth. Design wise it seems very similar to the zagg keyboard I have on another iPad, but maybe a little lower quality construction. We haven't had any issues yet though. My only concern is that the case portion does not have a raised edge to protect the screen if it is face down. So a screen protector might still be a good idea.

This keyboard exceeded all expectations!

This keyboard is so much better than I expected for the price. I purchased it after a $99 keyboard started malfunctioning (some of the keys stopped working) after less than 2 months of use. So I thought I would try this one, because for the price- who cares if it’s not that great, right? Well- it is better than the $99 one that I had, hands down. Quality, looks, battery life, everything about it is better. I should have gone with this one first. I haven’t had to use customer service yet, but other reviews confirm that it’s good too. Stop looking and just buy this keyboard. You’ll be glad you did. It turns your iPad into a “Mac” in seconds. :)
