I'm a senior citizen and just started a group aerobics pool class at a local gymnasium. Some of the hour-long drills can get pretty intense, especially when foot grip is needed for speed and agility, not to mention the beating raw feet will take from a standard pool surface. Outside of swimming fins, I never heard of footgear for the pool. Style meant little, so that was just a bonus. Finding a men's size 13 was a challenge. The soles are thick enough for comfort but light enough to maneuver under water. The tread of the soles are grooved and vented to allow safe and comfortable non-slip movement. The entire shoe is ventilated so water does not collect in it. They're easy to slip on with the elastic laces on top and yet stay comfortably and securely attached to your feet throughout vigorous underwater exercise. They include ventilated footpads which tend to come out when you take them off, but are easy to reinsert. It seems I hit it lucky with my first purchase of this type of footwear. Finding them took a dedicated online search to keep looking until I felt I found the product to meet my needs. Now having used them, I am not disappointed. And they dry out quickly too. This product met or exceeded all of my expectations and at a very fair price.

My husband LOVES these water shoes. He is not the type to walk around with no socks on, he literally wears TWO pairs of socks EVERYDAY! But, he wore these the whole week while vacationing in Hawaii with NO SOCKS! He loves them. They're comfy and pretty awesome looking. We ordered him another pair to keep on our trailer that we store near the lake. Now he wears them every weekend while we're out boating.

These are great shoes for kayaking, especially at places like the Shenandoah where there's many place you need to be able to get out and pull the kayak across shallow rocks. These shoes also REALLY GRIP. I was sliding all over the place trying to unload my kayak on a boat ramp (hit the moss covering the cement ramp) when I was barefoot, so I put these on to see if they would help and I didn't slip at all. I was really impressed with that as I've never had a shoe that grips on the mossy covering on boat ramps, rocks, etc. People also ask me where I got them and tell me how they like that they look like actual shoes.

Wore these almost everywhere on a two week trip to Europe. Walked at least 5 miles a day, up to 15, no socks. They held up! Wish I hadn't ordered Black, they wouldn't have heated up in the soon as much. The air flow is great, but if you are walking through gravel the soles collect rocks! I'll be buying more. Original pair has life left in them but with only a small amount of hard rubber the foam is starting to show wear. If they sold a version with full rubber coverage I'd buy those. For this price you can afford to burn through pairs every 200 miles! Honestly crazy comfy. I'm going to try using these as running shoes.

I have wide feet so finding anything worthwhile is hard... I normally wear a 10½-11 EE, but based on some other reviews, I got these in a size 12. Yes, that means there is a lot of room in the toe area, I'd rather that then having my foot crushed form the sides. The stretch laces work well. I have bursitis of the Achilles in one foot, so I need shoes with a heal support to prevent pain--I wore these for a few hours without any pain. Only time I've used these so far was for running into 40ºF river in February as part of a fundraiser Polar Plunge. They protected my feet from the rocky river bed and drained pretty quickly. The insole did trap quite a bit of sand/grit as the water ran out and the soles had several rocks lodged in them that were easy to pry out. They cleaned up nice--rinsed in a sink then put on the drying rack in the dryer for 30-minutes. Looking forward to trying them at the beach this summer.

Purchased for a cruise; Used at XPLOR Zip Line/Water park in Cozumel and water rafting in the Rio Bueno river in Jamaica and they were excellent. The holes at the bottom allowed the water to exit the shoe well and although a little stiff the first time wearing, softened up once worn and sitting in the sun. The were comfortable to wear on the beaches and kept my feet from getting burned on the hot tropical sand. They also stayed on my feet well while Zip Lining across the tree lines and while climbing all the stairs in the trees. The only down side is the holes on the bottom of the shoes do occasionally pack with wet sand, but clapping the shoes together will free the sand from the shoes, I even managed to pickup a little live clam on the bottom of one of the holes. I'm buying another pair for my boat.

So far so good! I just got them today and tried them on. They fit perfectly. I was nervous because i have a giant foot for a girl (11)... so i ordered an 11 and they are perfect! Very comfy too... i will update in a few months when ill be giving them a really good test drive in the creeks of tennessee! :)

I was worried about whether these shoes would do the trick. They were fairly cheap ($25 ish) and looked cool, so I was worried they might be "form over function". I purchased them anyway for a river rafting trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon and I was wrong - they were absolutely perfect! Unlike many water shoes/river shoes, they look cool. But they work really well too - there are holes in the bottom that water drains out through. The soles are some kind of rubber and have some traction so these were great for short hikes on trails and through vegetation or on rocks - my feet were completely protected. But I could also walk through streams and have the water drain instantly. They dried out quickly too whenever we were in the sun for a bit. In some shoes I am a 10.5 and in some shoes I am a 10. I ordered a 10.5. It felt just the slightest bit loose (since I didn't wear with socks), but that wasn't a problem because the piping you see at the top of the foot hole is actually elastic and holds the shoe on. I think a 10 could have even been too small. These were super comfortable and never felt like they were falling off. My brother wore serious hiking shoes and he was able to climb some rock faces that I wouldn't attempt in these. But for hiking, I was more than comfortable. And my feet dried quickly due to the draining ability of these shoes. For $25, these are practically disposable and did the trick for the trip, functioning WAY better than I expected (I'd have paid more). I'd order whatever size you usually are, and if you are often between two half sizes, choose the large one because the elastic properties of the shoe will allow them to mold to your feet and stay secured.

I really like these shoes because they are light and allow my feet to breathe. I do wish they had a liner to keep the extra material and seams from touching my feet. Those seem to leave marks on my feet and are a little irritating, making my feet itch. However, I am getting used to that and will likely not notice it soon enough. Overall, for the money they seem to be quite nice. That said, I am sure I will need to replace them after a year or so, since they are light and don't feel like they will hold up under a lot of use. Time will tell. But again, for the price, they are great and easily replaced.

This was one of the best investments that i have ever made! Usually every trip im going on i end up buying a pair of watershoes that last for one or two days and that is such a waste of both money and time. These water shoes are the best watershoes because of how durable and comfortable they are. These watershoes are super comfortable to walk, run, and play in! They offer lots of air flow and the part that I love the most is that the water drains from these watershoes. On the typical watershoes you have a complealy enclosed design and the water usually stays inside and doesnt come out until you take your shoes off and empty the water. With these i can leave them on all day because the water drains right through and they dry super fast. I got the white color and they are still white even after the beach, rafting, and camping. Thay are very durable as well. These have taken a beating from the time i have recieved them and they still look like new. They are also great to wear even when not going in the water. I wear these around the city with regular clothes and they look great! I 1000% would recommend these watershoes!!!
