I bought this to replace an old cat door that was broken. This product fit perfectly and works well.

Perfect Kitty Door

Carrying the door downstairs, gathering the drill, saw, screwdriver, tape measure, duct tape, and a pencil, followed by reading the manual & following the step-by-step instructions, took me almost an hour to complete. If you have the tools required and are comfortable doing it yourself, it shouldn't be a hard project! The instructions are easy to understand, they tell you exactly what you need before you get going so there are no surprises. There is a bit of overlap in the pieces so in case you are not perfect with your cuts it will not show when the door is installed. The magnet is holding up great, I have had no problems with it falling out as a few people have mentioned. We have two cats that go inside and put quite a bit throughout the day and night, so I know it gets quite a bit of use.

This product is easy to install and looks great! No longer do we worry about the dog getting into the cat food or litter because we can keep the laundry room door shut 100% of the time now.

Very easy operation and installation

I was so sick of hearing my cat's for about a half hour every night scratching at the door. Now they can go in and out at their own Leisure things to my cat flap door. You can even lock the door are you can leave it open whichever you choose I really like that option about it.

very quiet

Had different cat flaps in the past and they're always quite noisy (you can hear the cat come in at night when you're in bed). Very surprised how quiet this one is and how quickly my kitten learned how to use it.

Works great!!

This is a very high quality cat door. Installation was easy and instructions for doing so were quite clear. The lining around the inside of the door makes for quieter entrances and exits.The locks are handy to keep them contained to one half of the house as well in case I need to for cleaning, etc. Only took the cats about an hour to figure out how it works.I installed it on my bedroom door so I could keep it closed to keep the air conditioning contained better at night and keep the bedroom cooler but also let the cats have access to food, water, litter pan and their favorite napping spots throughout the house as well.

Great For Keeping Dogs Out

I got this for my mom because her dogs would go into her room and eat all the cat food. She has medium to small sized dogs that were too large to fit through this door. We placed it 4-6 inches from the bottom of the door rather than it meeting the floor. The cats jump through it perfectly and it worked perfect for what we needed it for.

My son said it was easy to install, also love the fact that I can lock it at night, very sturdy, and dosent let a draught through, would recommend this product, good service too.

Work exactly as I needed it.

This cat door is awesome. I rescued a one year old cat from our local animal shelter and had the cat door installed into a six panel steel insulated door from our laundry room into our garage where the cat litter tray is located. We taped the door wide open for a week or so, then slowly kept lowering it for the next couple weeks. We then coaxed her through the closed door with special treats a couple times and, voila, she's been using it ever since. It's quiet and it's nice that she can see through it. I would definitely recommend this product.
