Fit size 13. Hit at ankle bone

The size 9-2 ½ are perfect for my size 13 foot 6 year old. These low cut socks have extra cusionining under the foot and hit right at the ankle bone. I have found Amazon Essentials to be consistently good quality at a reasonable price for your basic clothing options. With 5 little kids in our house I love the convenience of ordering online rather than having to make a trip to a store.

Solving the problem of endless unmatched socks!

I have a four-year-old son and suffer the endless cycle of trying to match tiny socks that always get discarded around the house. This 14 pack of classic boys white ankle socks solves this problem by providing 28 identical socks. I didn't understand the brilliance of this until a few days into using the pack I realized that it has virtually eliminated the endless stack of unmatched socks that normally accumulates on the end of the clean laundry hamper. Many sets try to help you match the socks by making each pair a little unique (different colored stripes, etc). All that really does is mean you're constantly searching for the "right" other sock. With 28 identical socks, every time there are two that are clean, presto, pair of socks going into the sock drawer. The socks are thick, stretchy, well-made, and perfectly fit my 4 year old's size 9 boys foot. I give advance warning, the socks LOOK small, but they easily and comfortably stretch to provide full foot coverage. A total win!

Comfortable, Wash Well, and Quite Affordable!

The Amazon Essentials Kids' 14-Pack Cotton Low Cut Socks are quite nice! I found these to fit my children very well. The blend of material lends to being breathable, soft, and comfortable to wear. The style is low cut so they only peek up a small amount when worn beneath shoes like sneakers. The elastic around the top of the sock holds well and doesn't cut into the foot. There are seams on these socks but they aren't big and bothersome. The socks fit is good with no slouch, bunching, or poor construction. My kids are in love with the cushioned heel and have noticed how much more comfortable their feet are when jumping, running, and walking with these. I am pleased these machine wash and dry well without color fading or shrinkage. With month of wear these are holding up. These are an excellent price for the quality! As an essential I highly recommend investing in these to wear year round!

What a great value!

I have been searching for low cut or no show socks for my 4½ yr old son (shoe size 12) and finally found these Amazon Essentials kid socks. A terrific deal at less than $1 per pair! I purposely chose the size 8-11 even though my son wears shoe size 12 because I really wanted more of a no show sock and it worked. These socks aren't too thin or too thick.
