Great product, if a little expensive. I got two factory certified refurbished items and they are working perfectly; I'll update this review should that change. Thank you!

I own about 8 Wemo light switches, and plugs in total. I will say that I have had a few snafu's in programming the Wemo Light switches (as you may read online or in other reviews). I have found the WEMO tech support is very thorough, and will eventually get you up and running when you do experience an issue. What I will say is that once the Wemo's are hooked up and connected to your smarthome system (I use Amazon Alexa), the really do flawlessly execute. Are these devices perfect to set up all the time? No. But your patience is rewarded by reliability in the long term, at least that has been my experience. My Alexa talks to wemo perfectly and lighting, etc works great.

They work just fine, very happy with them. You can rename them quickly and take a picture if you want to remember what it switches on. Jay

This refurbished Wemo works just as well as the new ones we recently bought. It’s a great product that’s easy to connect, and also works really well with our google Home.

I purchased four refurbished Wemo light switches. 70-year-old home, electrical boxes grounded with conduit. Fortunately the electrician back in the day ran a neutral wire...which these switches require. I have a detached garage, installed one Wemo switch on the garage light...installed a second switch in the house to control the back porch light. I used the “long press” rule to create a 3-way switch configuration between the garage and house. Press either switch for two seconds, both lights toggle on or off. Works great. I’m stoked!! Pretty easy to install, black wires to power, green wire to ground, white wire to neutral. Paired my iPhone to each switch, one switch at a time, then followed app instructions, helps to have your wifi password correct when the app asks for it. I also purchased two refurbished mini Wemo plugs. They work great too. It took some time to figure out the app settings. Did some Googling to figure that all out. I’m guessing many negative reviews are the result of discovering their power doesn’t include the required neutral line, or their wifi isn’t the best. Hope my review helps someone.

I have several of these controling fans and a security camera in my home in Florida from Michigan. They just work! You plug them in and do setup and your are ready to go. They are very responsive and the app. is straight forward. Much better than the Leviton switches which tend to be very finicky. I have no complaints with these switches.

I’m a super lazy person. I used to get home from work and lay down on the couch and not want to move until I go to work the next day, but I’m afraid of the dark, so I would have to get up and turn the lights on. That has all changed now that I bought the Wemo mini smart plug. I connected it to my iPhone and set up only took a few minutes. Now whenever I’m laying on the couch and it gets dark I just ask Siri to turn on the lights and like magic the lights turn on. Since I bought my first one, I bought two more. If I ever buy more than three lights, I’ll definitely buy another one. I love them more than cake.

This thing is pretty nice, setup is fairly easy, you can integrate it with Google Home, Apple Home, Alexa, IFTTT etc and it does pretty well with those things. It is yet another app that you must install to be able to configure it, but overall it's fine. My only gripe is that the plug is really wide (much wider than my power strip) so it looks weird, but it doesn't take up more than 1 socket's worth of space vertically, so the design was at least well considered.

Installed in my dining room to control my chandelier containing 6 light bulbs. I have already invested in Phillips Hue products, but did not want to spend another $300 on lights bulbs, in a room that I spend less than 1 hour in daily. This was a very easy install, and though not a plug and play, very close to it. The mobile app powers off the switch when reducing the brightness, but my primary use will be manual adjustment or via Google and Alexa.

This is my 12th WEMO device installed over 2 years. The devices have really become friendly and very easy to install. For controlling lamps and other devices, switches and dimmers, both the app and firmware are really top notch. My only wish is that they would bring out a light switch other than single pole.
