Excellent screen protector for iPad Pro (2018)

I was so impressed with this glass screen protector that I had to immediately rate it after installation. First, let me say that this protector got a 5/5 because of how easily its installed and how good it looks on the newest iPad Pro model. My iPad is the 11 inch model and I previously bought film for the screen and although it was a good temporary protector, I ended up getting one small bubble that irritated me. It also didn’t help that the protector was a bit off since it was tough to install. However, when I bought this product, the glass itself comes with plastic handles on the top and bottom so you can hold them while you align it correctly with the iPad. This made such a huge difference and I had absolutely no trouble getting a perfect install with no dirt or bubbles. The touch sensitivity is practically still the same and the 2nd gen Apple Pencil works pretty damn good with it. It also comes with a lifetime warranty and the usual cleaning stuff before installation. All in all, this was exactly the product I needed for my iPad.

Perfecte Tempered Glass Protector

Been searching for the perfect iPad Pro 11’ Tempered Glass Protector and this is it. Easy to install, comes with all the items needs to prepare your iPaod for instillation. My iPad screen actually looks CLEAER and BETTER than without this on there. It feels brighter and more robust with it’s colors as well. The only complaint I have with tempered glass protectors is that they increase your writing speed with the an Apple Pencil, so the feel of protectors like Paperlike or Matte ones is better for someone who will be using the iPad for lots of Apple Pencil work. Also, the protector doesn’t take up fingerprints like I thought it might, I only have to wipe away the screen maybe once a day at most.

Works Perfectly with the new iPad Pro 11"

Like many of you I'm sure, I was hesitant to buy a new screen protector for the iPad Pro 11" because so many items on Amazon had bad reviews. I tried this out since I have owned this brand before and I can confirm - these are great!! It was very easy to install and had a lot of tools in the box to help install. Also it works perfectly with face ID and the new iPad pencil. So all in all a great purchase and very happy!

Easy to install & Face ID Works Great

After reading so many positives reviews for this screen protector, I figured that I’d give it a try. I’m sure glad I did! I originally tried the same brand of screen protector that I’d used on my iPhone. While it worked fine on my iPhone, it was awful on my iPad. The Face ID was virtually useless & half the letters that I typed were wrong. No such problems with this amFilm Glass Screen Protector. Everything works as designed. It was also the easiest to install. So many companies only now have film on one side of the protector. This company has both sides protected with the top side including handles to help with installation. No need to touch glass at all. They also mentioned to install in a steamy bathroom. Great advice. I’ve been doing that for years. It essentially removes any dust problem. Very impressed! Thank you!

Yes this would be the one to choose

Superb product and packaged with everything you need to install. However, the "squeegee" is absolutely pointless, made of cardboard and falls apart with the most gentle of butterfly touches. Have a loyalty card or credit card on hand. The advice of applying the screen in a steamy room does work wonders. The quality of the protector is very good and adheres beautifully. For a double pack the value is excellent and it is reassuring to know you have a spare in case of an accident. Transparency and swipe is as good as without. Plus the apple pencil experiences no lag and actually has better grip than on the screen without a protector.

This review is only regarding the installation and how well the features work with this screen protector applied and not the durability aspect. I read many reviews on many different products because of the apparent problems with screen protectors and the new Apple Pencil. I have the new Apple Pencil and have had no problems so far with compatibility. I included the picture to show there were no curvy lines like I have seen with other products. There have also been no issues with Face ID. It works like a charm. The installation was a breeze and does not affect clarity. I have not noticed any air bubbles yet (I applied it in a steamy bathroom.) I have not dropped my iPad yet so I cannot speak to the durability, but I would highly recommend this protector.

Great Screen Protector!

This screen protector works great! Easy to install but you MUST follow instructions exactly as written and take your time. If you do, you should end up with no bubbles. I think the people that have problems aren't following instructions or are rushing. Mine ended up slightly off-center (my own fault), but still doesn't interfere with the case I have on it. Apple Pencil 2 works flawlessly, I haven't had to increase pressure when I'm using it. I also haven't experienced any glare, fingerprint marks, or other visual issues. I would highly recommend this screen protector! Another thing to note, I've purchased screen protectors through TechMatte in the past for my iPhone. Most have been perfect, but the one time I had an issue, the seller was very responsive and helpful. Not only do I recommend this product, but the seller as well.

Solid Protector

Applied it in a steamy bathroom like it advised. The first protector caught some dust because the room wasn’t steamy enough, and while the second caught a bit of moisture under the protector, it has evaporated and I have a perfectly installed protector! The thickness of tempered glass makes this thin iPad feel more secure, and I don’t have any issues with any of the accessories or touch sensitivity. The pen and the keyboard smartfolio work fine on this protector. I feel like my device is much less likely to bend with this protector on.
