was not expecting much. i was certain this was going to be cheap chinese junk but thought wth. when you get the box at first you will think same thing but i assembled it and it held together very nice and even is supporting a large zoanthid coral that i needed protection for from a new nippy butterfly. i would buy again for sure if need arises. sorry i doubted you china..nice job ;)

I purchased this item my mistake. I was looking for a way to quarantine the sick fish so I can give them medicine for their illness and not have the disease spread through out the tank. this item isnt good for that . I did keep it in case I need to seperate a fish not because its sick. its a nice size, its light so it does stick to the side of the tank with ease. I think its worth it if you have babies that need to be able to grow without the fear of them getting eaten by bigger fish.

I wasted money on the acrylic ones, which I could not get to stay put together, even if following the instructions perfectly. This is a lower tech solution, which sometimes is the best.
