Well made and beautiful

The product is a solid product. Quality shows. There is a light inside so that you can turn on after dark. The world map is accurate and with topographic markings. It's a good purchase for me.

Excellent fun and educational

Kids love exploring the various countries and continents. I like the mix of political markings with the satellite imagery.

Larger than expected - perfect for what we needed!

I purchased this globe because I wanted one with a relief map. I didn't care about any accompanying apps, but I wanted one that was easy to use and pretty. I love that this one lights up and shows the major currents. The unlighted globe is still very pretty (and sometimes cordless is just what you need!) The latitude and longitude and marked clearly, and the countries, rivers, and oceans, etc. are clearly labeled as well. The relief is cool but it's hard to see with the naked eye, so that was the one thing I was a little disappointed about (I have seen other maps on which it's very easy to tell where the mountain ranges are.) But it's very easy to feel, and my children love this feature more than I even hoped they would. I can't quite figure out the colors and patterns of the map. I am assuming the colors are related to the terrain. The base is sturdy and heavy enough so I don't have to worry about it toppling over. And it is bigger than I expected it to be! This map is perfect for our needs. I know it will be very helpful in our geography and history studies. It is super affordable too, which is the nice thing!

Just what I wanted

We wanted a globe which we could see the world and where exactly everything is. Not only can we see everything but we can plug it in so it lights up and we can see everything even in the dark. We really are enjoying it and I would recommend it for any family the\at wants a better understanding of where in the world all the different countries are.

The globe is beautiful! My 8 year old grandson is currently fascinated in learning about all of the countries of the world, and this made a perfect gift for him. He loves that it lights up, and is using it as a nightlight in his room. What a great way to fall asleep, pondering the world...

Birthday Gift

The globe was a requested birthday gift from my 9 year old grandson. He wanted a globe that had topical features but the added 'cool' bonus for him was that it lights up. My grandson was pleased with his gift.

Good quality

Gave it as a gift to my son. It is really nice and the fact that it is made out of satellite pictures is really nice. Haven't found any mistake on it.
