This great game like until dawn

This game comes with dlc if u preorder it will unlock at later date . The game is good n scary i messed up on part reset the game ready for the scene and they changed it completely it was a surprise . It not long game cause it's Anthology it will continue we get half of story this is first part right now . U choose what charchter say to other how effect everything and their actions as well . Until dawn was brillant nothing can compare to that if u get game excally like it then it's nothing new like call of duty same platform this plays like until dawn but diffrent story and charchters . Thoes who love until dawn way it plays will enjoy it u get hints but up to u take it or not . This game is great for price it's a steal for fun game if thoes who were unhappy why bother buying it just rent it or watch other stream it . I am glad i have this not too many exciting games on market resident evil 2 was awesome and last of us 2 tba and days gone was great and world war z was ok and this is what we need to get us game agian horror gene in games are slow we get more action , sports games more on ps4 not sure on xbox but this is great can't wait for rest of anthology to come out .

If you like Until Dawn..

If you like Until Dawn then you’ll like this! As someone who loved Until Dawn I was extremely excited to play this game. Yes this game is about half the length of until dawn but it’s also half the price. The point of this game is to start an 8 game horror anthology series, hence why it’s shorter. I’d rather have 8 completely different horror related games that are short then have one long game. The quality of the story and game isn’t hindered by the shorter length either. While I do wish it was slightly longer because I was enjoying it so much, I’m extremely satisfied. You’ll get your moneys worth in the replay value alone.. I’ve replayed it twice so far and got completely different scenes and dialogue I didn’t get the first time around. Can’t wait for round 3!

Beautiful Beginning to a Horror Anthology

I’m going to start this by saying ‘Until Dawn’ is one of my favorite video games. But I did NOT go into ‘Man of Medan’ expecting an ‘Until Dawn’ despite it being from the same developer. I think not expecting a new ‘Until Dawn’ allowed me to really enjoy the game in a way that some others apparently couldn’t. This is NOT an ‘Until Dawn 2’. Which is what I was hoping for! The graphics are beautiful and I like all the characters (unlike ‘Until Dawn’...... Emily...) plus I’m a sucker for ghost ships. I also didn’t go into ‘Man of Medan’ expecting an ‘Until Dawn’ length game. It’s a high quality title for about $25-$30 at release, how long do you expect it to be? Plus it’s an anthology - The Dark Pictures Anthology. An anthology is a collection of literary passages or works usually in the same genre - think a collection of short stories from Edgar Allan Poe or shows like The Twilight Zone or Tales from the Crypt. This series of games - starting with ‘Man of Medan’ - seems to be gearing up to be a collection of horror shorts and I’m so excited to see the games to come! I am in my second playthrough making some drastically different choices and I love how far-reaching some of your choices are - choices in the beginning can have a huge impact on the very end and I love it! With it being the length that it is replaying the entirety to see different outcomes is far easier than replaying the entirety of ‘Until Dawn’ (though I did replay it multiple times, platinumed it actually.) I enjoy the story of ‘Man of Medan’ but I definitely need to find more clues to get the whole story! I have developed a bit of an obsession with The Curator - I’m excited to see where else he... shows up. That’s all I’ll say on that. In conclusion, I do highly recommend this game, just don’t expect an ‘Until Dawn 2’ and treat it as it’s own experience and bear in mind that it is indeed a short - a few hours, approximately 6 if you take your time and explore EVERYTHING - as you should if you want to unlock the secret of The Man of Medan.

Great Scary Game!

Got this game yesterday, played it through in 6 hours. It was like living a horror movie miniseries! So good! Cannot wait to play it again and see if I can get all 5 characters to survive!
