Brass material better than plastic

Brass material these valves are made of is sturdier than the plastic valves ordered at the same time. The passage for water flow looks larger than the plastic valves, too! Beware of packaging: two valves per bag. Seems OK, except when the bag tears during packing (by Amazon, not seller). I ordered 2 bags (4 valves total) but received 1 bag containing 2 valves and 1 bag with a hole and only 1 valve. Amazon gave me credit, all is good now.

Valves you can count on

The valve appears to be well made and arrived quickly. I will be installing these valves below the water line on my sailboat. I wouldn't install them unless I believed they were a quality product.

PEX is the future in plumbing.

The quality is as they described. I come from the old school of copper installation for years and years. Now that I have started using PEX I've cut my installation time and material cost considerably. I have it in all my houses and it performs perfectly.

I put one in a heater hose to shut it off.

I put one in my heater hose going into my cab of my pick-up, and now I don't have that hot water circulating thru the heater core, and it is much cooler in the cab. Perfect fit, easy install.

Quality product and competitive pricing

The valves look great and the pricing was great. I have not installed them yet, but I plan to install them within a couple weeks in the hot water supply and return lines of my new Central Boiler, an outside wood furnace. I can tell by looking at them that they are a quality produce. Thanks

Great Alternative to the pricey SharkBite valves

I purchased the 1 inch version. Got two of them for about the same price as one SharkBite locally. Installed fine using pex clamps and seem to be working just fine. I will update review if anything should happen.
