My order arrived earlier than expected. I had ordered replacement clock mechanisms from 2 other companies prior to this one, both of which broke during installation. This one included 2 mechanisms and 3 sets of hands for the same price as the others had cost me, plus a free cleaning cloth thrown in, and it works like a charm (or like clockwork I should say).

Whether you're making a custom clock or just replacing the movement in an existing clock, look no further, this is the best of the lot. Firstly, the packaging is logically constructed and insures that the product always arrives in perfect condition. Secondly, you get two complete movements for the price of one. That alone makes it a hell of a bargain. Thirdly, you get three complete sets of hands, all of different size and style, so you can best match the hands to your clock type. And finally, these movements are smooth running, unlike the jerky "ticking" type, which means they're quieter and put less strain on the mechanisms, making them much longer lasting. If there's a better movement of this type -- at any price -- I haven't seen it, and I've built a lot of clocks.

No annoying ticking!

The instructions aren't as clear as they could be but I didn't have to resort to a YouTube video to figure it out. The two movements work perfectly and there's no ticking noise. It came with 3 sets of hands of different styles which was perfect since I needed to fix two clocks.

Different styles and sizes

We bought this to replace the mechanism on an old clock. It came with four different sets of hands. Each set includes an hour, minute, and second hand. See the attached pictures. Sorry, the fourth set was already installed on the clock and now our clock is working fine. You can see the sizes in the pictures. (sorry, i didn't get a picture of the hour hand on our clock)

Great, easy to use product!

I have a clock that I loved. The mechanism stopped working. A friend suggested that I buy a new mechanism instead of throwing the clock out. I didn't know anything about how to replace the mechanism, but ordered one. The directions were easy to follow, and included pictures showing you what to do. I still have my clock, and it doesn't make any noise.
