Does exactly what you would expect it to do.

I bought this device because I wanted expand the capabilities of my Macbook's (few) limitations. I have the Macbook Pro 2018 15" w/ Touch Bar, so I have the luxury of having the 4 total Thunderbolt 3 ports. This is definitely the way of the future, but it just doesn't work yet, because we still have a cable for everything, so I bought this product. It matches my Macbook well (Space Grey), and provides me with the functionality I set out to find. It's well made, appears to be machined well, and can fit easily just about anywhere in your laptop case/bag. I would recommend it.

Worth It !!!!

I previously had a 2013 MacBook Pro so upgrading meant losing all my ports I knew I would have to hop on the dongle wave eventually and this HUB is perfect for what I need. The thing I missed most was the HDMI port and this works really great and I have yet to experience any input lag. When I first got mine the USB everything i put into the USB ports had a very tight fit but after a few uses that is a non issue. If you dont mind not having the SD card ports this dongle is the perfect one for you..so far I love it

Great product, just make sure your computer matches the specs

I don't know why all the HUBs out there have cords. For me that just means I'm likely to accidentally pull it out when moving my laptop around. So I really like the design of this product since it sits flush with your computer. I'd prefer one more USB port (it has 2) as that's my main expansion use. But otherwise a really smart product.

Outstanding product and it looks like apple made it and it came with my 2018 Macbook Pro

I love the slim design and the light weightiness of the product. I am a future music producer and college student who needed an adapter for his new MacBook Pro and this did the trick. You can't go wrong with the product worth every penny. I will probably buy a second one so I can have the same ports on each side like my 2015 Mac Book Pro that I also have. I really have nothing bad to say about this product keep up the good work guys

Perfect addition to my 2018 Macbook Pro. Well made.

With the limited ports on the 2018 MacBook Pro buying this USB C Hub Adapter was necessary. The color and materiality matches my space gray MacBook perfectly and there is no gap between the adapter and computer. I've been happy with the transmission speeds and amount of devices I can connect at one time. I'm able to plug in my printer while also using the HDMI port which is important for my work. Only once did I try to use all the ports simultaneously and they worked well. While the adapter does get pretty warm, like the laptop itself, it hasn't been an issue. I've only had the adapter for a few days and it feels solidly engaged into the computer.

Must-have item for connecting new MacBook Air to an external monitor

This hub is exactly what I needed for my 2018 MacBook Air. The newer MacBooks only come with two USB-C ports, which just isn't enough. I shopped around because a lot of hubs had too many USB-A slots. This one has two A, Two C (replacing the two it takes up) and one 4K HMDI slot. It's perfect for what I needed.

I was looking for this Adapter dongle since so long for my 2017 Macbook pro. It's really multi-purpose. It has five ports in it and works simultaneously. I think all the MacBook owners need to get it to make your life really easy. It's not even too big, so you can let it be connected to your MacBook.

Great form and function!

Apple is known for their sleek hardware, and the Purgo hub stays true to form with their USB C hub. I am using the hub with the 2018 MacBook Air. It is very portable with what appears to be metal construction. The color matches well with my space gray macbook. It is slightly thicker than the laptop itself, but not terribly so. It is expected since the thickness of a USB port or an HDMI port is nearly the thickness of the laptop itself. Pros: -Fits neatly in my bag. Well made, so no fear of it being damaged in transit. -Sleek, clean look pairs well with apple devices. -Fits into the USB ports very securely so no worry of accidental disconnection. -No noticeable loss in speed when transmitting data through the usb ports Cons: None for me!

Perfect size and price

First of all, when I opened that box I couldn't believe how small it is and how many ports it can handle. It fits great on my macbook pro-touchbar. Snug and looks great! I have been using it to transfer a lot of data from usb-c to usb 3.0 and this thing is fast. I'm pleased again with products from this company and would definetly recommend for it's size and capacity to handle workloads such as mine. I'm a photographer / video guy and speed is always important. Highly recommend this product.

Perfect Purgo USB C Hub Adapter Dongle for my MacBook Air 2018

I love this product. I had a mac book pro before getting my mac book air for the holidays and I was worried at first because I have most of my work on USB hard drives. But when I searched Amazon and discovered that they make adapters for my mac book air that had no usb outlets just the plugs to charge it I new that this was going to work out great! I read the reviews and they were great! This Purgo USB C Hub Adapter fits perfect in the 2 outlets to connect to MY Air! I highly recommend this product and would definitely tell all of my friends that are afraid of up grading their computers!
