Easy to use and simply a good and solid program.

This program handles all of my membership needs, reports, and emails. And improves every time there is an update that is beneficial to a non-profit organization. It does a good job out of the box in membership management, events, website, and email shots, sure, you might be able to find better individual software modules, but then you'd be dealing with four different platforms. It has good help and you don't need to be a computer whizz, but spend the time to learn it and it will pay you back handsomely. As for service, Great support, they are always open to suggestions and if you need help; their help system is very useful.
