The color matches the fire perfectly. I was on the fence when I ordered it but I am glad I got it. I love that it is slim fit and not super bulky. I like the feel of it as well, very class and sleek. Recommend this case to anyone. I don’t know how well it would protect the fire if dropped, but we will cross that bridge when we get there

This is a great, thin, sleek, attractive case; and it fits the new Fire 7 perfectly. I returned it because I have gripping issues with my hands and thus dropping issues. Would have loved to keep it. Would highly recommend it for the average person without my issues.

I love everything about my new Kindle Fire Tablet and matching case. I wouldn’t change anything!!!!

I must confess that the shape of the front flap perplexed me at first. I didn't get it. Now I love it. The shape is great for a kick stand and perfect for watching videos, reading and use in the kitchen for recipes. The magnetic closure is great for holding the stand steady. I also like the auto sleep/wake feature activated by opening and closing the flap. The texture of the case makes it easier to grip and less slick than other materials. It feels sturdy and expensive unlike most tablet cases. The color is beautiful, sage green is my favorite color and I appreciate that the color is the same as the device itself. The case is nice and sturdy will stand up to even my clumsy daily used. I like that the device was designed to work with the case. Nice feature. Nice color. Nice design. Over all very satisfied with this case.

This is a great case. Yes it cost me almost as much as my fire tablet did. You know what it does? It stands up in portrait AND landscape mode. It also matches. I read reviews before buying it and worried a bit about it standing up properly then I decided to buy it anyway. Because sometimes you get what you pay for. This is still overpriced, BUT, it does match so there's that. I think $20.00 is a better price but Amazon wouldn't haggle. Maybe $18. Ok, about the feel. It is classy. It looks amazing. The weave really makes it easy to grip and it's easy to clean. Even cheetos. From an adult standpoint. I'm not certain that the cheeto epoxy created by a small child would come off......it might. I for one will not be able to test that as there are no small children in my household. Perhaps another reviewer....? Long and short of it is that I recommend this case for your fire tablet 7 2019 version.

I really like the "tweed" look of this cover. It looks very classy. I ordered it in the Sage color to match my new sage Kindle 7. Very pretty color. Thank goodness they provided a card showing how to use the stand feature. It was really difficult to figure out on my own. I felt so stupid, but the trick is that the magnets have to be engaged before you flip the fold. I kept trying to get it to stand up with the cover completely separated from the unit. Duh...sometimes my brain tries to turn simple things in complex problems. I'm sure no one else will have this issue! The case seems very durable and will protect my tablet well, I'm sure. My previous case was so bulky in comparison. This one is very streamlined and actually takes up less space in my purse than my old one. I definitely recommend this case even though it is more costly than others out there, because, as with most things, you get what you pay for.

I bought this because I liked the color. I already had a reader and a phone and an iPad. The best thing about fire tablets is the text to speech function in the books app. The device costs less or as much as a reader but you can play games on it if you like. I like the display better than a reader also. For me being able to put it down and have the text to speech read me a book is the best. It's not as good as an audible because it's a computer voice but it doesn't cost as much as an audible which is great. Don't buy this for watching movies or listening to music but it's great for regular productivity and reading. The price is right.

I like this case. It's very attractive, it obviously fits and the color matches well. I find the folding feature very easy to use. It's interesting because it works with a magnet. I like that my Fire can be propped up vertically or horizontally, but horizontally definitely gets used more. I find this case to be very heavy, though. I was originally surprised that the Fire was so light, but now that I have this case, I'm often surprised that it's so heavy. One nice thing about the weight is that it's harder to flip off the bed with the blanket when you forget it's there.

I smile every time I pick up my Fire tablet because this picture just makes me happy! Made of a soft plastic over a foam-like protection, the Fire drops into the form fit slot inside while the covers wrap around it. No hinge or magnet or protective latch but the Fire doesn't drop out of the slot when turned upside down so pretty good!

Bought this for me but was a little to complicated so traded my grandson for his older version of kindle. However my son is more than delighted with it. He loves the fact he can use Alexa on it as well. My granddaughter took out Alexa downstairs so think were eventually going to have to order another one. Hes had it for a month now with no issues.
