Ease of Grip & Lightning Charger Make This a Win

I ordered this class to have on standby when I’m out all day and don’t want to charge the normal way. It’s pretty easy to take the phone in and out for me (I have the XS Max) and other cases have be terrible removing the phone in and out in the past. The grip is pretty solid and not slippery (I have also dropped my share of cases but not this one...yet). It charges my phone to full 1.5 times when I let it run down (but let’s be honest, who really does that anymore intentionally?), which I can appreciate. It also doesn’t take a millennium to charge. Less than 3 hrs and I’m good to go again. The biggest selling point was the fact that it charges via lightning cable. I am an iPhone user for a reason and don’t wanna use an android charger (or any other type of charger, for that matter) to charge my Apple device. So kudos for that. I’d recommend this to anyone. Final thing: Being able to use my lightning earbuds is PHENOMENAL. I have AirPods but, when I forget to charge those and need to use my earbuds as a backup, NO ISSUES AT ALL. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I’m a first-time-battery-Case user. This product did not disappoint! I read the negative reviews before reading the plenty 5-star reviews. I’m glad to report that this case does the job & I have no complications. I did research on what case to buy and which would be the best bang for buck. Really can’t complain for $40 for a 5000mAH Case. People say it’s bulky, yeah it’s heavy but I wouldn’t call it ‘bulky’. The shape of the case feels comfortable in my hand despite my hands being super small. The feeling of the case is smooth and not slippery to me at all. I made the mistake of trying to charge the case with my Apple 12v charging base (comes with the iPad) & it wasn’t charging at all. I thought I had a faulty case but I don’t. Just make sure to use your original 5v charger that comes with your phone cable! Charging the case from 0% does take some time but it doesn’t bother me (a few hours) I absolutely love the fact that you can use the cable that you use with your phone. Most battery cases require a micro usb charger but this one doesn’t! Big plus! You can also charge the case while it’s on your phone, and your phone will charge. Such a great price and amount of recharge. Compared to the Mophie case that is only 2400mAH for $100. Another plus is the extended warranty they offer. I signed up for that right away. It’s good for one year starting at purchase date. I highly recommend this case to anyone with an XS Max even considering a battery case.

I have enjoyed this case for iPhone XS Max

I enjoy this case as I travel quite a bit and this case has helped resolve always concenrned about keeping a charger on hand. Durable, and like that it has lighting charging port for the case instead of standard micro usb.

Good battery life, sturdy, and has a nice feel.

I like how the plastic feels. It's smooth, soft and isn't slippery. The hard plastic seems like great drop protection. The top comes off so you can put your phone in snug. Most cases are hard to get on/off, but the top being detachable solves that problem. I was a little worried the top would come off when you don't want it to, but there's magnets keeping it attached so they did a great job. It doesn't look anything special, but honestly I prefer this. Most cases try to look cool, but they end up just looking like they're trying to hard. If your hands get sweaty then the case doesn't do a good job of hiding it, but nowhere near as bad as a glossy surface. It charged my phone pretty fast and 5000mah is a good size battery. That equates to almost 3 times more battery life. The thing I like least are the buttons. They're just plastic cutouts. It's not that noticeable, just my only gripe. Keep in mind it adds a decent amount of weight/size to the phone. No bigger/heavier than I expected though.

Great case at a great price!

I just got this yesterday and I absolutely love it. It doesn't add to the length of the phone at all, which is very nice on the XS Max. Simple, very easy to use, and all components of your phone work perfectly (Speakers, microphone, both cameras, and even lightning port works with headphones too!). Easiest way to remove the case if you have trouble is to insert a credit card near lightning port and wiggle it, should come out no problem!

Great, slim & Durable battery case

I have started using this case since a week now and its pretty slim compared to the other cases and the battery capacity is pretty cool. It almost gave 1.5 charges from my fully drained iphone. I would recommend people buying this.

Great battery case for the iphone XS Max!

I just upgraded from an iphone 6 plus to the iphone XS Max. I had a battery case for my old phone, and one thing that I did not like about it was that it extended far past the bottom of the phone. Then standard headphones would not fit (had to use an extender), and it converted the lighting cable to a micro-USB cable. No bueno. This case solved all of those problems. It has a nice, thin, even bezel around the phone, with no extra extension at the bottom. All of my standard lightning charger devices have worked (I have a variety of them). I also like that the bezel is raised slightly so that the screen is recessed and more protected I lay my phone on a table or desk screen-down. Nice matte black finish great for grip. Easy to install. Fairly light for the battery capacity. I wish it could be a little bit thinner, but as with all battery cases, you do add a bit of thickness over a standard case, but hey, you can fully recharge your phone anywhere on the go! Overall very satisfied with the case and would recommend it to friends and family.

Affordable and Well Performing Battery Case

Pros: -nice sleek look and good grip -manually turn off and on the charging (this is a big pro) I’ll explain later. -4 LED display to show remaining battery percentage left in the case -relatively slim profile for a battery case Cons: -could have a bigger battery but 5000 mAh is more than sufficient -does add more weight to an already heavy iPhone XS Max -impossible to navigate full screen with thumb when gripping the iPhone XS Max with the case on. Battery Performance: This case is excellent! It does exactly what it describes. The 5000mAh battery does indeed give about 120% EXTRA battery. To test this, I let my phone battery charge die, then used the case ONLY to charge it. after it charged up my iPhone, I used it (without any charging) and let it die again. And with remaining juice left on the case it charged my iPhone appropriately 27%. So in total it gave my iPhone and additional 127% of power. So with that extra amount you can definitely go three days without charging your iPhone under a normal amount of use. Case Design: This case is absolutely beautiful with the all black and smooth back side. It is slightly bulky but the natural curve makes it easier to hold in your palm. However considering that is a 6.5 inch phone and you’re adding a battery case to it, it makes it virtually impossible to operate one handed. Next, I can’t really comment on the drop protection of the case cause I don’t plan on intentionally drop my $1250 phone. So I gues I’ll add an edit if I ever do drop my iPhone. Price: $30 for 127% EXTRA battery life! Need I say more.. :) Conclusion: If you do need insane battery life and a fashionable case, I would highly recommend this case! No complaints yet!

good so far

This is about the 5th battery case I have bought over the past few years for various phone. So far the fit is as expected and the quality of the battery seems ok but only time will tell. The overall instructions are well done in proper english. The case is thick but that tells me the battery power should be rated properly. Many of the cases are over rated. The bottom connector is sturdy. I have had some that break off after awhile. You may not want to remove the pack on and off all the time because the fit is snug and there is not much purchase to grab the phone to remove it.

Really helps with the added battery time for extended use

Love the fact I bought this case! I use my phone all day long at work and I have to find a way to charge it somehow mid day but I also have to stay walking around and use it to record data so it becomes hard. This case allows me to use my phone without worry about the battery! It doesn’t really add too much weight either. I can not not worry about even taking weekend trips and forgetting acharger. Battery seems to lay a while. I’ve alreasy used it a few full cycles and will update if the battery stops lasting as long it if the case breaks or something. Overall happy with the purchase I try to make my reviews as honest and thorough as possible, so that another person can know exactly what they would get.
