A bit Spendy but very high quality.

This fit my daughter PERFECTLY and the quality is exceptional. All the seams are surged and the fabric is very thick and not so stretchy/flimsy as other swimsuits I have purchased for my girls. Many children's swimsuits, once wet, stretch out and and the leg/neck openings get loose and open...sometimes riding up on their little bottoms etc...this swimsuit did not do that and I would recommend this brand to other mothers and would purchase it again myself.

Cute Cute Cute!

Definitely a quality product. We were able to use it all summer long and are currently using the bathing suit for swim class. We got over 6 months of wear out of this bathing suit, so I am pleased. I've washed it in the washing machine several times on delicate (to get out chlorine) and it's held together well with no fading or pulling of the fabric. I would definitely recommend keeping an eye on your little ones when it's hot due to the long sleeves, but I found if we let her play in the water and kept the swimsuit wet, she stayed cool. The bathing suit definitely protected her skin as there were a couple times I did not get sunscreen on her arms or body, but only on her legs and face, and she did not get burned in this swimsuit. If you're son or daughter is fair skinned, I would highly recommend the rufflebutt line. While this is more than I was wanting to spend on a swimsuit that can only be worn for one season, I do believe the price is worth it. five stars--would recommend (even for those who are budget conscious like myself! I think this is an excellent buy)

Adorable suit!

For reference, I bought the 6-12 month size and it fit my daughter perfectly who is 29 inches and 16.5lbs. She’s on the very lean size and with a disposable AND reusable swim diaper on (her swim school requires we double diaper so it makes finding a good fitting suit difficult as she’s so skinny up top). Easy to put on and take off with the back zipper and the buttons on the bottom. I absolutely LOVE the colors and pattern. We have a two piece ruffle butts suit too and bc she is so squirmy in the water the top is always rising up, so I LOVE this one piece style! The only con is that it is quite a splurge. But, our daughter treks along her growth curve, so we will get good use out of it.

The best suit for babies!!

Loving everything about this suit. Extremely cute designs (we got the flamingo this time). We had one last year that we lived in and the colors don't fade! Snaps on the 1 piece are perfect for diaper changes while keeping baby safe from the sun. Fabric is soft and zipper doesn't dig in or scratch (I like that it's on the back so baby can't play with it). LO is almost 2.5y old, wears 2T clothes, but some 3T tops since she has a long torso, but the 2T suit fits perfectly. She even has more room to grow up or out this summer. My only complaint is that there aren't bigger sizes in this style. This is a must have for all babies, especially the pale ones like mine!

Buy this swimsuit. Don't think about it. Just buy it.

Oh soooooooo cute! And the fabric dries a lot quicker than the other One-Piece Swimsuits we have. Perfect sizing and such a cute little ruffle butt! I only wish they had this one in the larger sizes (we need 12-18)! I ended up getting a different pattern because the 6-12 month fit our baby girl so perfectly she'd be out of it in a few weeks! Great sun protection for our fair-skinned little babe.

expensive but worth it

it hurts me to pay $30 for a toddler swimsuit but these are seriously THE best & most perfect toddler swimsuits EVER. Ive bought a few. The material is of high quality, fast drying, tight enough for comfortable swimming yet loose enough to still fit next year. The zipper for removal & snap closures on the bottom are a PERFECT toddler combo. The ruffles on the butt are ADORABLE; everybody comments on how cute her bathing suit is. My biggest complaint would be they really should make these until 5T

I LOVE this swimsuit

I LOVE this swimsuit. My baby is about 16lbs and for me it fits perfectly. She has some room to grow in it, but it is not huge on her. I think we will make it through the summer (unless she has a crazy growth spurt). Do not hesitate to buy this! I know the sizing is off in the reviews, I suggest buying one and if it does not fit, return it for another size. The quality is great and you really cannot go wrong.

Absolutely adorable!

We took our 6 month old to Florida and were pretty nervous about the strength of the sun on her delicate baby skin so we opted for a long sleeve rufflebutt swimsuit. My daughter is in the 80% for height and this swimsuit sized 6-12 fit great! The snaps on the bottom made it super easy to switch from her regular diaper to swim diaper once we got to the pool. Not to mention it was so so cute! Can't wait to use this swimsuit all summer long!

Cute, functional suit! Runs small!

This suit is the cutest! I had been eying it on RuffleButts website and was so excited when I saw that Amazon had it and I could get free shipping and returns! I bought this for my 9 month old who will be a year old this summer. It is the perfect amount of coverage on her upper body and still gives her chunky little legs the openness to play and crawl! The snaps that are in the crotch are my favorite part!! This suit basically fits like a onesie which will be so helpful when it comes to changing her dirty/soggy diapers without having to remove the whole suit on the beach this summer! As far as sizing, my daughter is in the 95th percentile for both height and weight. She is 22lbs and usually wears a size 12 month clothes from places like Carters and Walmart. She can do some 18 months but they are a little big. We had ordered some dresses from RuffleButts before and we had gotten the 18-24 months so I knew they ran a little smaller size wise. However, in this swimsuit we ended up going with a 2T. It actually fits her pretty decent now but will give her some wiggle room to grow this summer. The 18-24 month suit that I had also ordered fit her perfectly right now but I was afraid it would be too snug this summer.

Bought bigger, super cute, soft material, easy on and off

Based on reviews I bought the 12-18 month size for my 7 month old. She is 17.4 lbs but 98th percentile for height at 27.5 inches. Summer hasn't started yet. I think it fits well and she will be able to wear it all summer. Super easy to get on and off her. Plans for lots of water use this summer. I will update if I have any issues. First impressions it is super cute, soft material, easy to get on and off.
