Worked perfectly, pre glued on strips the best.

Dropped my ipad 5th generation 128gb ($299 from costco) on the power button edge, screen cracked and power button seized up. Initially ordered another touch screen digitizer that cracked right out of the box. This one was awesome. By the way, i consider myself a excellent diy person, but never messed with an iPad or similar electronic. This product was great righ out of the box( regret not making a video), the Phillips screwdriver was the right size and magnetic. The touchscreen had pre-glued on strips. Disposable wipes were ok, but i had to use a microfiber cloth to clean the lcd screen before final installation. The home button doesn't support fingerprint, so i warmed up the bracket holding the preinstalled one on, removed it, and slipped it my old one. Overall I found everything to be just what's needed. I had to remove power button, sand it down a little, scraped off glue from inside edges where old touchscreen was, followed YouTube videos. For $24, I saved $250 what apple was asking for touchscreen ( not to mention the power button problem)

Easiest I screen replacement I’ve done in a while. Screen came with everything didn’t have to swap anything it all worked. I am buying another screen right after this review for the next iPad 5th gen I need to fix.

Works great!

Works great! This was a replacement screen for a replacement screen. 1st replacement screen was purchased from another provider and head deadlines in it. You could also see digitizer grid lines on it. Not this one! iPad is primarily used by the kids and has no dead zones, and works as good as the original. I'm so happy I took the chance to replace the screen a second time.

Nice product!

I purchased this screen because it came with the home button and camera bracket installed. I paid a little more but I figured saving the hassle of moving the button / bracket was worth the extra cost. The screen fit perfectly the adhesive is already on the screen which was nice. Watch a few different videos on you tube and make sure you find one that applies to your specific iPad. Most importantly take your time and don’t force anything. Very happy with the results!

Works great for a good price!

Bought the screen to have a professional replace it, it was drastically cheaper than having them order it themselves. Works great, amazing price! I believe the screen has no Touch ID, and it is silver (my iPad is gold) but it’s fine. I don’t use Touch ID on the iPad and the small thin silver circle is not a big deal to me. Beats having a busted non working iPad screen. Will repurchase if necessary.
