I generally play the ukulele while strumming with my thumb and index finger. Sometimes the thumb and finger get a bit fatigued so I decided to try the Lohanu leather picks and I will say that I prefer them to plastic or felt picks. They are easy to hold onto because Lohanu designed the picks with a cut-out in the middle. Your thumb and index finger touch through the middle which gives great control when holding the pick. The sound that resonates is between that of a plastic and felt pick. If you like picks, I would highly recommend the Lohanu Leather Picks.

These picks are soft. There is a cut out in the middle that provides a good grip, no sliding off and falling. My new favorite. Produces a mellow sound, not a brassy harsch sound.

A perfect solution between a plastic pick and a felt pick. The leather material creates a nice mellow sound. The cutout center and size make it easy to hold.

I love these ukulele picks. The sound is mellow and not harsh like my old picks. Also, I do not drop these, as I frequently do the picks that do not have the hollow in the middle. Fast delivery.

These are the greatest! I love leather picks for my Ukes cause they don’t produce that clacking sound. I’ve tried to master no pick but no matter what my fingers get caught in the strings. This is my second set of these picks (I keep giving them away). Out of the packaging they are not stiff like other leather picks and don’t require a break in. I do flex them a bit before I use them. I have tried many leather picks and IMHO these are the best. Others are too stiff, get to floppy after awhile and fall apart. With the cut out these picks are easy to hold onto. Also because of the shape if they spin in your hand or you holding them differently it doesn’t matter. I highly recommend these! Great job Lohanu!!!

I’m using them with an acoustic guitar and was quite surprised at difference in tone compared to celluloid picks. Very satisfied and recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a warmer sound.

I have tried plastic picks and soft and hard felt picks. The leather picks outperform them all. The leather pick produces a louder sound than felt picks. The hole in the center provides much better grip on the pick as I found other styles of picks would slip when playing. With the hole I could maintain a firm grip òn the pick throughout a 2 hour jam session. My wife also tried the leather pick and is equally impressed.

The picks are fairly flexible and will probably become more so as they’re used. I do like the sound they produce—not muffled but not real bright either.

I have been looking for the perfect pick for my uke and they all seem to fall short. Happened to watch the video for these and thought I'd give them a try. I know a lot of you uke players don't like picks and don't think it's traditional, but my fingernails just aren't built for it. So anyhow, I really really like these. They, number one, are comfortable to play with. Have used them on several of my ukes, which means with different strings, and they really sound good. You don't get that plinking sound like when you use plastic picks. And some leather picks just start out way to hard. These are firm, but I wouldn't say exactly stiff. They do seem like they will soften a little over time, but that should still work out okay. I've tried them with all different types of songs and just give out a nice sound. Very happy I tried them!

These picks are so much better than any other picks I have ever tried, plastic to felt. Easy to hold, so less fatigue. The sound is amazing, like strumming with bare thumb, but with more volume and definition. There seem to be 3 different stiffnesses, if that is a word. I like the black one the best of the three. I highly recommend these picks!
