used it within an hour of receiving it to mark pilot-hole positions for drilling. stable and precise. only complaint is that it's a little fiddly to change between the various markers.

Great marking gauge

Got this to layout the box & dovetail cuts on the block sets I'm making for my grandson. 30 blocks, 4 joints per block and 2 box/dovetail layouts per joint means ALOT of layouts and cuts and this marking gauge speeded thing up considerably while keeping things accurate. While there was a bit of a "learning curve" at first getting used to adjusting it, the gauge took little time to figure out and after a few practice runs I had it figured out and it worked great. Haven't had any issues with the cutting wheels and those are all I've used on all those layouts so far. When I use any of the other marking implements I'll edit and note as to their good / bad qualities. It came on time, in good order, well packed and as described with no missing pcs. I would recommend and would buy again.

Top Quality, well built, better than most at twice the price

Very impressed with the packaging of the product. The quality of the marking wheel meets and exceeds others I have used at a much higher price. This is a hidden gem. I am going to see what other products they products. You will not be disappointed with this.

Solid Tool Great construction

Wow, this thing is like the most awesome marking gauge. All the bells and whistles and it feels like a really high-quality machined tool. Time will tell how it holds up to abuse. but I expect it will do just fine.
