Easy to set up and use
The TotalPass time clock was very easy to set up and use. Our office has approximately 40 employees and everyone has easily learned the process.

Simple Easy to Use Time Clock
Bought this one to replace an older version. I like that it is a complete package and you don't have to install any additional software to use. It's a bit of a learning curve to go from the old software interface to the new one, but I like the expanded options.

Timeclock for Client
We purchased this timeclock for a client account and so far they love it. The ease of adding new employees is my favorite feature. I haven't had to run any time reports but my client stated it was pretty easy. Pleased so far!

Week
Needed a new time clock. The old time clock was the same brand just a lot older. It worked great but was no longer supported so it was time to upgrade. We are really happy with the functionality of the clock. Only negative is the size of the print on the reports went they print

Great once it is set up.
Set up takes some time and careful reading of the instructions. Don't be like me (a typical male haha) and think that you can just plug this unit in and "figure it out". Once set up we were pleased.

Easy to configure and use
Our decade(s?) old time clock system was no longer supported by the vendor, and started to give us trouble last week. After looking at the offerings on the market, nearly all of them required a monthly support fee in addition to the upfront hardware cost. I wasn't really interested in paying a monthly fee. I was looking for a pin/RFID system and the P600 looked like it would really fit the bill. The unit arrived on Thursday afternoon, and I sat it on my desk for the next morning. After our staff meeting, I sat down to figure out how to configure the unit and get everyone setup. A couple of hours later, I had the timeclock mounted to the wall, and all 25 badges configured, assigned to the employees, and ready to use. The default instructions are to "wave the badge" in front of the machine. The range really isn't big enough to "wave" the badge, it needs to be very close to the keypad in order for the badge to read. So, I quickly changed the default message on the screen to read "Touch Badge to Keypad" and all was well. People started using it right away. Our admin came to me today and told me how much she likes the system. It was very easy to learn, much faster to adjust punches than the old system. This is really saying something because she is not so computer savvy, changing processes is usually a burden for her! Having the system completely self-contained is a huge bonus. Wifi connectivity means no cables to deal with (other than the power cable) The built-in reports are sufficient. We only use the system for daily time punches, but I am considering using it for vacation tracking since we don't have a good internal process for that right now. Overall, we are quite happy with our purchase, it seems like a great value in this market segment. If it's still running in a few years, it will be money very well spent!
