Solid material & great for multiple portions for different events

This has been perfect in which to make baked ziti. The lids fit nicely which is rare; When I bought these, I didn’t expect to be able to use the lids, I thought I’d just use foil because I tend to overfill the trays with baked ziti, but the lids, though not flimsy, were malleable enough to fit over the ziti and close off the tray. They handled the hot heat of the oven very well. I did double up on them when I traveled with the trays, but I’m not sure I really needed to. I had no trouble handling them at home; They never collapsed or bent unless I purposely put pressure on it’s sides or bottom. Each one fits half a portion of 16 oz. of baked ziti, so it’s perfect for the holidays when you want to make multiple batches for different situations. I’m going to buy more now, for the future. It’s a great find!

Nice for freezer meals.

These are perfect for freezer meals for a small family...maybe 2-4 people, depending on your serving size preference. I like the fact I can write on the lid. They stack nice in the freezer too.

Just the right size

I ordered these because I have been preparing several dishes prior to having surgery. They are just right for meals for 4 (or two with large appetites). I love the metal lids, which seal around the edge and don’t take up space. Being square, they also fit well together in the freezer. They are pretty sturdy, though you do have to lift carefully if full of hot food. Very happy with this purchase.

Just what I needed

Just what I needed. Yes, the ones I got were 8x8. I plan to use these for an upcoming camping trip. As I make dinners now I am putting extras in these and freezing them. Hoping to be able to warm the up on the grill after they thaw in the coolers. The foil lids fit perfectly and crimp nicely around the edges. Previous years I have used the kind with cardboard lids. They didn't work well for this because as they thawed the cardboard got soggy and leaked. I am excited to have lots of pre-made meals for the trip.

No muss no fuss

Got rid of all my heavy casserole dishes. Using these instead. Much lighter and the added bonus of not having to wash the casserole dish afterwards. Also great to take to parties, cookouts etc
