Bought these for my 95 yr old mom. She is continent while awake but needed something overnight. These are very absorbent and so far we have not had any leaks. Usually we may need two per night . I tried the Rite-Aid brand and they were loose and urine leaked out soaking sheets and her nightgown. Also these tear on the side seams for easy removal!!!

Best fit and function of all brands tried

This product is the best fitting and functioning brief I have tried so far. Compared to similar Always brand brief, it has more elastic and better fit, so better leak protection. Compared to Depends brand, much nicer fabric. Tena makes a great product!

Best absorbency out there

My mother in law has Alzheimers and has lived with our family for the past 4 1/2 years. We have tried numerous types and styles of incontinence underwear and have finally landed on these. They are simply the best. Instead of having to change her every two hours I can change her every 6-8 hours, with no leaks. They have saved my sanity! I won't by any other products, these are the best!

great product

do not leave marks on my bedridden disabled daughters legs. I add a inner pad to the panty for greater absorbance.

I am so happy with my decision to buy this product. They fit extremely well. They are wayyyyy comfortable. And the absorbency is awesome.

If you have to wear one...

This is the brand I find most comfortable. I wish I didn't need to use them but since I do this brand is much better than the others I've tried. I have IBS-D so I use them nightly "just in case". Can't say whether they work well with urine incontinence as I don't have that issue. 4 star for comfort is because nothing is better than underwear or going commando.

Great value & nice to have delivered

This is a great value....look at the cost per unit. I have these shipped directly to my elderly mother in law. This keeps her from having to ask someone to pick them up for her. She’s had no complaints, and she’s all stocked up!
