5 stars for customer service!

I received my vacuum on May1st and after setup I was able to operate it manually but could not get the APP to work, would not pair or connect with the machine. I emailed the company and received an immediate response from "Maria". She asked me to go through the usual bluetooth things we all know about. However the vac would not connect. After several more emails in the next few hours NOT days, Maria told me she had spoken to the engineers and they concluded I had received a defected unit and she had taken action to have a new unit shipped from Amazon. On May4th I received a new robot vacuum and this one worked as soon as I activated it! Maria deserves a lot of credit and Aiper has the best customer service I have dealt with in many years. I think the vacuum is great and the service even better! Highly recommended!

An excellent robot vacuum!

I was really surprised to see how well this robot worked for the price! The packaging was excellent and the instructions were very clear. The charging dock is very convenient and the robot automatically goes back to charge after it finishes it's cleaning cycle. I've observed that it can clean for about 40 minutes before needing to go back for a charge. The app is also great, I can control when it starts and stops and also set the schedule for when it cleans. Like most robot vacuums, you would have to clean it out everyday, but it is very easy to do so. The suction is powerful and does a great job maneuvering around obstacles. The only nuance is that it is a bit louder than some other robotic vacuums I have used, but it is no big deal. All in all, this is an excellent vacuum and a great Christmas gift! I highly recommend it!

Game changer

Having 3 kids and a dog means my house is always a mess. I love being able to turn this thing on at night, go to bed and come down to a clean first floor. And it is amazing how much stuff it sucks up. I can usually go my first floor (around 1500 sq ft) before the battery dies. It is relatively quiet compared to a regular vacuum. I haven’t set up the app yet but can’t wait to start scheduling while I am not home.

Robot Vacuum Cleaner

I have been wanting one of these for awhile. I love technology and this really excites me!! Since I have a dogs that shed a lot I have to vacuum everyday and since this one is made for pet hair I decided that this one was ideal. It was very easy to set up! All I had to do was attach the brushes to the bottom and plug the base into an outlet. The robot vacuum then stays at the base to charge. I let it charge overnight and I downloaded the app to my phone which is operated via Bluetooth. Via the app, you can control the direction of the vacuum or you can set up a schedule for it to automatically operate which is ideal for people who work all day. I choose to operate when it when I'm home because I don't want to scare the dogs. Even though you can control the direction, the vacuum will operate by itself so you don't have to operate it the entire time. It has bumpers on it too so that if it bumps into a wall or anything it will turn itself around. I also liked how it could transition from the floor to the rugs without struggling. I was very impressed that it automatically returns back to the base itself without any direction if the battery is low or if I click charge via the app! After the vacuum was finished cleaning all I had to do was open the top and inside is a box where you can empty out the dirt and hair. My floor and rugs looked very clean afterwards!! It comes with extra brushes and an extra filter too which I was pleased about. Instructions are included but I felt that this was so easy to operate that I didn't need them, just for the QR code so I could download the app! Very happy that I was able to buy this for a great price.

Picks up dog hair - would recommend

We purchased this vacuum to help with dog hair. It has been wonderful and works great. I love the edge cleaner option which is where most of the dog hair accumulates. I don't have to get my big vacuum out daily now, I schedule it to run and I come back to clean floors. I just do my main floor with it. I do need to shut my doors so it doesn't go into the other rooms and get hung up on things. We are really happy with it so far.

Great vacuum cleaner that makes keeping the house clean so much easier!

Being one of the cheaper options for robotic vacuums, I wasn't sure what to expect but this has exceeded my expectations. I'm amazed how much it can pick up and how easy it is to use. I use it for every room in our house and it seems very durable so far even when I have little kids trying to chase it, press the buttons, empty it themselves, etc. It's so much nicer to have clean floors and lets me spend my time decluttering and doing other housework while it does the vacuuming for me. I mostly run it while I'm home because it does occasionally get stuck but for the most part I'm impressed how well navigates the many obstacles on our floors (between chairs, switching from hardwood to carpet, over rugs..). The only thing that's a little underwhelming is the app but it's not needed much and does the bare minimum (let's you schedule it if you want). Overall this is the best money I've spent in a while for the value I'm getting.
