Exceeded expectations - works great

I just got the AXIS Gear with power booster, which claims to lift 6kg, but it couldn't raise my blinds. I contacted the support team who told me that if I could lift my blinds with one hand then their product could do it. I figured there is a 30 day gaurantee anyway so I would try it out. Happy to report that it lifts and it looks pretty great while doing it.

Excellent Product

At first I was not sure about it. but then I realized I did an excellent purchase. I bought 3 Gears and I have then scheduled with alexa in my routines. they are working really good so far. I hope they continue to improve the app though so I can use both alexa and the app to control them.

Easy to use, not too noisy

I was worried that the device would be too noisy but AXIS did a good job making sure this was engineered well to reduce the noise. The instructions were clear and the device is running on the exact schedule I needed It set up for. I'm very impressed

best i've tried yet!

I've purchased a Brunt unit and not particularly happy with it, as it really struggles to close my Morley integrated blinds on my bi-fold door. Decided to give the Axis a try because it looked more professional and I’m glad to say that it worked. The solar panel was pretty much useless for me due to my blinds being part of the bi-fold, so I am happy it came with a power adapter!

A must have for any Echo Plus owner!!

They are quite expensive but definitely worth it imo. I’ve actually been looking into regular motorized shades for a while and before the Axis came along I never thought I’d actually have them in my home. Setup was easy - you just follow the instructions on their app. I programmed Axis to open my sahdes when I say “Alexa, good morning” - the natural light helps me get out of bed much easier. Just a note that you have to follow the Echo plus integration from their website - i don’t think its a direct integration, but work smoooth. Not a big fan of the solar panel but you can actually email them and they will send you a wall adapter for free. I don’t know why they don’t just give you one in the first place but they are very responsive. Sent it over very quicly. Very impressed with the product and their customer service!

If you’re planning on installing and configure your shades on a weekly schedule and forget about them- this will be excellent.

Its beautiful I'm enjoying it so much just wish it had electric cord instead of solar and also would be nice to control it with my Amazon show over I have falling in love with it I been waiting a long time for something to control my existence blinds
