Essential little tool

Great little tool. This was essential for replacing the lcd digitizer and frame on my lg. I didn't want to pay for a full kit because I already had guitar pucks and other plastic spudger type tools, I just needed the Philips head. The magnet is very strong and I'm very pleased with my purchase, especially for $4.

Very nice little tool for Iphone 7/7+ repair

This is exactly what you need for iPhone 7/7+ repair. The bit quality seems good. After changing the screen for one of my iPhone 7+, I found that the Y000 bit has good grip in the screws. None of them were stripped. Way better than the cheap tools came along with the screen replacement kit. Highly recommended! Also, as it has two ends that can hold the bits, you just need to flip it over to use another bit (e.g. from Y000 to Philips). Very convenient!

head was a bit squeaky, but cleared up after i put a bit of grease in it.

Real good for getting into tight places. I only wish that short handle phillips could have have a smaller point.

I was looking online for something entirely different. I saw this and said "This is something I keep on me while I'm at work. So far so good. I love it!!

Good build, plently of torque

This driver can remove some very stubborn screws. I had some small screws stuck because of threadlocker and attempting to remove them with my other T5 bits resulting in either stripping the screws or bending the bit out of shape. However, with this driver, the knurled grip allowed me to put plenty of torque on the screw as I turned and I could remove even some fairly stripped screws. The bit on this is very well built and is stronger than the screws. It stripped some of the other screws (my fault not the product) and the metal shavings came from the screw rather than the bit. After this abuse, it still looks like new. The whole thing is made from aluminium, even the cap (which is even better than ifixit's plastic caps).

Great tool to have with you anywhere!

Perfect driver for working on pretty much any small electronics especially for phones and tablets. Very high quality craftsmanship and durable for most any project.
