Perfect for people suffering with arthritis

I was really excited about purchasing this lighter because my 81 year old mother has very bad arthritis & is unable to use the throw away lighters to light her beautiful candles. When I received the lighter, I was immediately impressed with the elegant packaging it came in. I charged the lighter prior to trying it out. Once it was charged, I took out a candle & tried unsuccessfully to light it. Frustrated, I requested to have it exchanged for another of the same. Upon receipt, the same thing happened. The owner of the company was very proactive immediately upon reading my email regarding my issues with the 2 lighters I’d received. He contacted me right away & assisted me with the VERY SIMPLE operation. Heads up. There is a button that needs to be pressed down AFTER sliding the 1st button up. Lol. I sure felt silly when Osmon explained it to me. I’ve been lighting candles all night long and it works excellent!!! My mother is so happy that she too can light her candles in Her home with her new lighter. Bottom line: The product works perfectly AND the customer service is amazing!!!

User friendly, We loved it!!

The product came just in time for Christmas. I personally hate lighting candles since I usually get burned or extremely frustrated when the wind/*narrow spots* makes the flame go out. My husband being tech saavy figured out how to use this product within seconds. There is a sweet spot for igniting flame but the more you use it the better you become. Originally this was bought to just use for Christmas eve but I have been using it to light scented candles for my hot bath just because how user friendly it is.

Saved my time and money

Our stove top has problems igniting so i have using a liquid lighter for over two years.. I have gone through probably.. 4-5 lighters.. with this new electric lighter being rechargable saves me a ton of trips to the store!

Perfect birthday gift

Bought this candle lighter for my roommate. I felt really sad to see my roommate using our oven to light scented candles every night. She said this is definitely the kind of lighter she needed.

Super Handy!

The lighter came packaged in a really sleek looking black box and has a short little usb cord for charging. I was surprised by the quality of it honestly? Most of the lighters I see are the super cheap camping ones, so this was a nice change. Doesn’t take too long to charge and easy to operate, but just remember to slide up the safety cover first! The only downside I can think of is that there’s a zapping noise, but you kinda get used to it. :)

love the design, now I can't leave with out it！

I've used it for several weeks and used for candles, solid alcohol and bbq. It's lightweight and i dont need to fill gas or buy a new one after runining out of fuel. There were 2 times I almost returned the product cuz i thought it stopped working. fortunately the seller replied my email in time and solved my problems. I think one time I didn't charge it for the first time, and lighter only lasted for a few times..I thought it didn't work anymore until the seller asked me if I charged the lighter prior to first use, sometimes the lighter is not fully charged...stupid me..and another time too much wax were all over the prongs and I didn't clean them....anyway, thank you for your help and I really love this product!

Me and my sister loved it!

This one looks really cool (black n silver design) and works also amazingly great for lighting my scented candles! Easy to use! My sister and I have been using it almost every night for candles and sparklers and haven’t had any problems. It’s rechargeable, but it still works after probably 100 times of use.
