Pro quality at affordable price

Amazing headset. Sound quality is great. For the price, the build is of very high quality. Light weight headset and very comfortable. I have used the headset both with the PS4 and with my windows and Apple computer. Mic picks up exceptionally well but also doesn’t pick up too much background noise. Could not be more thrilled about this headset.

Great sound and mic for the money

The value on this gaming headset is way up there. I used them on my phone for some PUBG and even to make calls. I've been told the audio quality on the mic is excellent. I really like that there's a mute switch on the cord, I use that quite a bit while gaming. I've also used them on the computer, just as headphones while I'm working. Since I wasn't using the mic, it didn't require the USB to be plugged in, just the 3.5mm jack, like regular headphones. My son has also used them on his Nintendo Switch for Fortnite, etc. The cushioning is pretty good. I have some ear-pro with Peltor gel cups, and these definitely aren't on that level...but just those gel cups run like $60, so it's kind of apples to oranges. For the price, these are as comfortable as I'd expect, you can get a solid hour of play on them before pulling them off for a break for a couple minutes. That's all relative to your head and ear size though I guess. That being said, they do form to your head well and drown out most outside noise, making gaming very immersive. You can hear the direction of foot steps, shots being fired, etc. Very happy and would buy again.

Super Comfortable and Easy to Use!

I wanted something that I could talk to my friends/ other players online and wear for a longer period of time without getting ear fatigue. I play several competitive games on the Nintendo Switch and PC, such as Fortnite and this gaming headset is perfect for that. The headphone cushions are super soft and the top of the headband also has a cushion which means I can wear them for a couple of hours in full comfort. I love how the headset has a quick access volume control and even more importantly I can quickly mute the mic if needed. Everyone tells me the mic is crisp and clear when talking, which is important. The color changing aspect only works on the PC if you plug in the USB as it needs the power, but that is no big deal for me. Mostly I use them on the Switch, so the long headphone cord is great and I had no issues with connecting it...plug and play. A surprisingly good gaming headset for a surprisingly low price!

I recently bought this gaming headset for my daughter to use (yeah...Fortnite...sigh). I didn't want to spend much money on a headset for her because I didn't think she would care or notice as long as the quality was decent. So when I ordered these headphones, I really didn't have high expectations given the extremely low price. For myself, I have an $80 HyperX Cloud gaming headset. So when these Xiberia V20s arrived I decided, out of curiosity, to compare them to the HyperX headsets. Much to my surprise, the difference in both features and sound quality was not at all significant. The Xiberia V20s produce slightly less articulate bass frequencies, but still manage to be plenty adequate. I also found the mid-range and high frequency to be right on par with the $80 HyperX's. I even went so far as to compare the microphone sound reproduction to the HyperX's and much to my surprise, I found I actually prefered the V20 mic sound. Also, the cables are actually quality soft, braided cables, just like on my HyperX which I was surprised by. Oh, the V20's also have a color LED lighting accent on each ear if you care to plug in the provided the USB connector to your PC. I certainly had no interest in this feature when I ordered them, but after seeing what it looks like, I must admit...it IS pretty cool. Go figure!

Comfortable, Easy to Connect for Gaming

Inside the box was a bag, much like the ones used for reusable shopping bags, which is nice to carry the headset and keep them safe. Inside the bag were the headset and the instructions, which I found to be pretty straightforward and brief. I like the long cord. That is handy for gaming with consoles nearby but allowing for multiple users to be connected at the same time. Connecting to the PS4 it's as simple as plug and play. The headset has a good sound quality for listening, and the earphones fit around the ear nicely and are comfortable to wear, even after hours of play. Sound adjustment on the cord works well. Talking with friends, they could hear my voice in party chat without any adjustment needed to be made to the settings Installation on laptop was quick: I attached both USB and jack but probably didn’t need to for non-gaming work. I used Cortana to pull up websites and documents with the microphone. All went well. Tried various types of music with it, all were clear and nice. Even on the phone, it was able to pull up GPS quickly with a touch of the microphone. While on the PS4, The voice quality coming through the headset mic had a slight static noise. I determined that it was due to the Wifi quality and not the headset. Once I connected to the laptop, the static was gone, however there was a muffled quality to the microphone.

I love them!

They worth every penny, the noise canceling is good and the pad covers all fully the ear, mic and sound are really good comparing to all the high end gaming headphones out there. They are a little bit heavy though.

Clear mic audio, impressive sound quality, great value

I was initially looking for "good enough" headphones at a reasonable price and I was surprised by these. I don't like spending too much on headphones these days (because I often have bad luck with them breaking on me), but this headset has a very solid feel and even has a braided wire to help withstand abuse. These sound really good and the microphone is crystal clear. When I first tried this headset on my PC, my microphone and audio sounded scratchy (which had me worried), but that was actually my fault, because I didn't plug the headphone and mic jack snug enough into the included adapter (you should hear a slight click when it's plugged in properly). The adapter basically allows you to split the audio and mic signal, which allows you to combine chat and game audio while using this headset on a PC. If playing on a PS4 or other gaming console, you won't need the adapter, you just simply plug the cable into the audio jack on the bottom of the PS4 controller. If you are using these on a PS4, you will definitely want to combine the chat and game audio, because these headphones block the majority of outside noise, which is one of the reasons why I chose this headset. I have been using these mostly on my PC, which have really loud fans, so these have been working great for blocking the annoying whirring fan sounds. One thing that confused me at first was the USB jack on this headset. It turns out that the USB is only for powering on the cosmetic lights, so if you are looking for a USB-only audio solution, these won't work for that. The lights on the side of the headset look cool when the USB is plugged in, but it's not necessary at all and not really worth tying up a USB port for (unless you are trying to impress someone with your "cool" looking headset or looking into a mirror a lot). The sound quality was way better than I expected also. Most headsets in this price range have very tinny sounding bass or muffled sounding highs, but the overall range make this great for gaming with. It's also convenient that there is a volume control and microphone mute button on the audio cable, so if you don't like adjusting the audio directly on your PC or game system, you can make adjustments quickly and easily. One last thing I almost forgot to mention was how comfortable this headset is to wear. The overall design is a bit on the bulky side, but that is because of the amount of thick padding that are on these. The pads on the ear cups are roughly 1" thick and made out of a very soft rubbery material. There is also padding along the top as well, so you won't be feeling any hard plastic leaving a dent anywhere on your head. If there was only one thing I would like to see added in the future, it would be for an option to have USB audio, but otherwise I'm definitely glad I went with these and I highly recommend them.

Very Affordable Great Quality Headset

My family is filled with gamers to include my husband and 4 out of our 5 kids. They always play online and interact with online gaming friends. They appreciate a good quality headset. We are Prime members and the shipping was pretty quick. We ordered the headset on January 24th and received them January 26th. This headset has good sound quality and is noise cancelling. My 9 year old use the headset the most and I have to call him multiple times for him to hear me or sometimes I have to remove them from his ears. The inside headrest and earpads are extremely soft and durable. The earpads are labeled left and right. It also has an adjustable mic. The headset can be use with multiple devices to include iPad, cell phones, computers, mp3's, laptops, iPods and any other listening device. You can listen to music, watch movies, play games or listen to any audio. My son really likes this headset and it doesn't break the bank. The headset not only receives great sound quality, it projects it through the mic as well. There is also a volume control feature located on the wire. Another really cool feature is the LED lights on the side of the earpads. The headset lights up when in use. This is a really great buy if you need a great sound quality headset especially for gaming.
