I used one of these in the past but different brand, I gave this one a try and I am glad I did since it's a lot cheaper and better quality.

I grind my teeth at night and my dentist recommended me something like this so I gave it a try and so far it has been great! The instructions are very easy to follow and pretty detailed which I like, because I am not that good at doing it yorself if I dont have a guideline.

These mouthguards at least saved me a few hundred dollars. I grind my teeth at night and was told by my dentist to get something like this. The molding process for these was very easy. Just try to follow the directions precisely and you will get what you want :) Very a great buy

Mouthguard

I really like this mouth guard. It's comfortable in my mouth and keeps me from grinding my teeth. Best one I've used yet.

It's good that it's customizable.

I like the fact that you can trim the product to fit your mouth. I have a smaller mouth size and able to trim them to fit my mouth easily. I would suggest to trim it before you mold it though to me that is better because if you trim it after you mold it, the edge might be irritating your gum.

Easily molded and it works

I was a bit upset at first that it took forever for the product to get here, but eventaully it's totally worth waiting. Very easy to mold and it really helps me with my headache in the morning. Only one night in, and it helped already

I bought these for myself to reduce the pain from grinding teeth at night, and I gave one to my brother for his wrestling sport. They work for both duties. Very impressed with the quality of these mouthguards.
