Because I was grinding my teeth at night, the sleep quality is so bad, I used other dental guards before, but the quality is poor, and the size is bigger for me. This product is working great for me. I have tori in my mouth (significant on the lower, but some also on the upper) and no problems with the shaping process I've been wearing it a few hours and it's very comfortable. I don't anticipate a problem while sleeping, it certainly won't fall out. I only heated/shaped it once (didn't watch the DVD, just read the print). I'm an adult but I do have smaller than average teeth, so I started with the smaller size of the two, on my upper teeth. It fits fine! Everything is very comfortable. Most of my back molar is NOT covered but I don't see an issue with grinding prevention as a result. Highly recommend this as an affordable option.

"I bought this guard to protect my teeth from grinding at night. It has been around 1 year that I need to come up with a solution. My dentist advised me to get a mouth guard and wear it at night, but the price he quoted was just too expensive. So, I searched from the Amazon and read the reviews and find this Dental Guards. I give it a try. The day when this product arrived, I find it decently packed with 4 mouth guards, two small and two big. The big ones can fit my upper teeth. Wanna to share some experiences and tips here: #1. I used a big mouth bowl to warm the guard. In the first time I warm it, I put it into the boiled water, maybe because I add some hot water again to the bowl, the two edge of guard shrink differently, one is shorter and one is longer. But anyways, I waited for a few second that it will not harm my teeth and gum, I placed it into my mouth. But the first time I failed..as I did not put the guard according to my front teeth. TIPS: Place the guard with mild hollow showing the middle line fixing between the two front teeth. So that it will be place properly. #2. As I failed the first time, I put it into the hot water again. (It is remouldable) After few seconds, it returns to its original size that I'm very grateful it will not waste. This time, I do not put any additional water in it. It works very well, it softens and shrinkens a little bit. After around 30 seconds, I take it out with a plastic spoon, (in the instruction it says wooden spoon, but I don't have..) anyways, it is a little bit sticky to the plastic spoon, but I quickly remove it from the plastic spoon. It doesn;t harm the guard. TIPS: Do not put additional water into the bowl when warming the guard. #3. I mould it in my mouth, this time, I look at the mirror, and place very carefully the guard according to the middle line between the two front teeth. I try to prolong it with my fingers to fix it to the molar teeths. My husband asked me to bite deeply (I think it's ok as the instruction only ask me not to ""chew"" the guard, haha). So, I bite it deeply and I hope it can fix every of my teeth. For the second time, I succeed to mould a guard that can fix to my teeth perfectly!! After that, I put it to a COLD water to get it fixed and hardened. TIPS: Bite deeply and use fingers to fix the guard according to the alignment of the teeth. Most important thing is I use it right away the night I made it. IT IS EFFECTIVE to guard my teeth from grinding!!! I do not feel pain when I wake up ANYMORE!!! I definitely love it and recommend all have teeth grinding problems to use it! REMEMBER to get a replacement every THREE months! It is a PROFESSIONAL product and EASY to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

it is so soft

This dental guard is so soft, I like it . My dentist suggested me to buy a dental guard, I bought this dental guard, I got it just two days. The directions are fairly easy to follow.These guards are perfect because they are softer and more flexible, perhaps because they aren't designed for sports impact. This was exactly what I needed. I use it on the bottom teeth because that is what I am used to. It fits snug and doesn't fall out during the night. After wearing it the first night it left a little bit of a chemical taste in my mouth that actually made me nauseous. But since then it has been just fine. I have been wearing it for some days, now at night to prevent me from grinding my teeth and is perfect for that.

Really gets the job done. This was exactly what I needed for my night time grinding. My suggestion is to try and put the guard after heating up in the warm/hot water for no more than 10 seconds quickly and try and put the guard in your mouth before it gets too cold so it can be stretched out further to cover the back molars. Very comfortable and it comes with 3 replacements (originally 2 large and 2 smaller). By far the best value if you are looking for mouthpieces. I love it

Very happy with purchase, I was grinding my teeth a lot and waking up with headaches. Now that has stopped! so far the quality is good and the directions were very thorough and easy to follow. Great product and great price. Really recommend.

Worth buying!

It is a product that worth buying than many other products, at least to me as a teeth grinder. It is really annoying as my teeth is shorted because of the serious grinding.
