Best kitchen knife ever.

This knife is amazing. It cuts through the thickest cuts of meat like butter. It's super sharp and handles well. The knife is designed to be a meat cutting machine. I've wanted one of these for a couple of years now. I'm so excited to have one now.

Best carving ever.

Our son in law encouraged my husband to use his new KIessaku Slicing Carving Knife-Samurai Series-Japanese Etched High Carbon Steel 12 inch carver. He carved a whole ham. Immediately had to have one of his own. Just got it and used it to carve our Roast Beef. Loves it. Easy to handle, sharp and the Carving knife he as been looking for his entire life One problem,,,,,,,after entering this review I was supposed to receive a Free Knife sharpener. It has been months. Even contacted the knife manufacturer on their web site with no response. My son in law did not receive the sharpener either So keeping that in mind I still would Would definitely recommend he knife to everyone but don’t expect to get the free sharpener.

If you cook large cuts of meat such as brisket or roast, this knife is a must have. Comes razor sharp out of the box. I highly recommend a good knife steel to keep it at peak performance. Quality knife for an affordable price!

Knife is literally razor sharp out of the box. Tube day I received it, I used it to carve a 22lb Turkey and a 5 lb Pastrami that I was smoking. Cut through both meats like a warm knife through butter. Will definitely be looking to buy more knives from the collection. Next will be a boning knife or a clever

Great knife, highly recommended

The knife is super sharp and cuts great. I bought it for brisket but have used it on ribs, turkey, and even watermelon and it’s done great. The blade is sturdy but has the perfect amount of flex to it but is not flimsy at all.

Sharp knife

I have never owned a knife that had its own box before. I wanted a knife that I could use to slice big packs of meat from Costco. I cut up some ribeyes and it was never so easy! I can see that I will have to hide this so I can be assured that it will stay sharp!

Beautiful knife

I am a bit of a knife junkie. This carving knife is a beautiful product through and through. Fantastic value. The presentation box is great if you're giving it as a gift. Comes with a blade protector and microfiber cloth for cleaning. Beautiful natural wood handle. I have no doubt this knife will end up being a Christmas gift for several of my smoker buddies. Beautiful wood grain style blade that really adds to the quality feel.
