It just worked! No hassle!

This was my second attempt at a external dvd drive. I loved the fact I can use it with my MacBook (usb-c) and my PC! I was happy to see an actual physical button to eject the drive. That was the reason the last one didn’t work for me. This one just worked for me. Do know that the cable is short but it worked great for what I needed. Or you can always also get a usb extension cable.

Perfect for watching movies/copying data cds/dvd

Initially had a hard time making the product work with my laptop but as soon as I downloaded the vlc player app, everything went smooth. It is perfect as my laptop does not have a DVD drive, now I can watch movies and even copy data or pics to dvd/cds.... I also love how the USB cord is attached and have a compartment at the back portion so you don't forget to bring a cord whenever you need to use it.

Running at USB 3.0 speed, so far so good, just wish the built-in cable was longer.

Easy to use and works great

When I bought my laptop I had no idea it didn’t have a dvd Drive. I know most of the new computers don’t have them now but my computer is already like 5 years old and I just expected it to have it. I love my computer but was bummed when I realized I couldn’t watch my dvds on it or use my software I already had that was on CD’s. I was really excited to find this and wish I would’ve realized these were available back when I first bought my computer! It works great. All you do is plug it in, put your dvd in and go! I DID have to install vlc media player though but that was no biggie (I think that’s what it’s called) because I have windows 8 and apparently they don’t put the software for playing dvds on your computer anymore. But that was super easy, I just googled it, found the site and downloaded it for free. The dvd Drive itself works great and I like the look of it. My favorite part is that the cord can be tucked into the drive in a little slot...I took a picture so you can see what I mean. I hate dealing with cords so this was a nice touch and will make it easier to store and transport. No complaints.

Caseology Cases have a winner with this case.

This Case is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. I was scrolling through looking for a new case and I was just thinking I need something durable and thin. Something that isn't ugly. Something to protect my phone. I didn't want to get one of those lifeproof cases because you never really see the phone. What is the point of a thin & light phone when you put it in a bulky heavy case. I know whatever case I chose that would be durable would add some weight to the phone but then I saw this case. I stopped mid-scroll and thought this is beautiful. I don't like gold but the combination of textures and color was just beautiful. I tried to ignore it because it seemed a bit too pretty. Then I went back and thought "Why not" why can't my phone look amazing and still be protected. I read the other reviews and was grateful to see that it's not just a pretty backside but strong too. I love my LG G4 and a beautiful phone should be in a beautiful case. When the case arrived it was just as beautiful and had a nice textured back. It was easy to install and I felt much better with my phone. I added a tempered glass screen protector and didn't look back. Since then my phone has fallen several times and even face down. The case still looks new. I don't worry about it any more. When you remove the case the phone is as good as new. I would recommend this case to anyone and I have had a lot of cases. I was never brand specific when it came to cases but from now on I will look at Caseology cases before choosing just any old case. It is good to know my phone can be protected without needed to look bulky or hideous. TL/DR: Beautiful as pictured, Great protection, Doesn't add too much weight to the phone.

It looks very cool, and works too!

I ordered it because it looked cool, and I have a slim laptop so I do need a cd/dvd player for occasional movie or software install. Let me tell you - this drive is cool. It’s very light and compact in size, will fit in a backpack or laptop bag with no problem, and the build seems very sturdy, I dropped it few times already, and nothing. It comes with the cord attached, so I don’t worry about forgetting it if I’m on the go. USB 3.0 and usb-c type, I like that variety. And it just looks very nice and modern, totally worth 20ish bucks. Any other store would have it for more, and they are bulky and dull-looking. I’m very satisfied with my decision to get it.

I bought my laptop half year with “future technology” the new USB port and this products works perfect since my laptop only has 1normal USB port for my wireless mouse
