I’ve had other MEKO styluses and each successive generation has been terrific. I bought this stylus for precise drawing on my new iPad Pro 12.9”. I also have the super overpriced ($129) Apple Pencil 2. Oddly this comparatively inexpensive little stylus stacks up really well to Apple. It works with all of my iPads and iPhones, whereas the Apple Pencil only works with the iPad Pro. Also, for some bizarre reason, the swipe up doesn’t work with the Apple Pencil (crucial since the iPad Pro has no home button). The far less expensive MEKO worked swiping up! As for drawing, I find it just about as good as the overpriced Apple Pencil 2. I actually bought another of these little pens to keep in another location. While it doesn’t attach magnetically to my iPad Pro and charge like the Apple Pencil, that’s no biggie. The Pencil falls off pretty often so the magnet is overrated and not all that safe. And frankly I prefer being able to charge it via cable. Bottom line: I love this pen.

I used MEKO products before, namely the regular stylus with the flat plastic ends.(no complaints) This new pen feels nice to the touch, it is rechargeable, it turns off when not in use. (excellent feature). It has a plastic tip that is spring loaded and I do not have to worry about scratching my laptop touchscreen. I can write cursive and block lettering easily. I do not have to press hard and writing is easy and flows quite nicely. The pen is very responsive when I use it to change screens, I will not be using my finger anymore. This helps me keep my touchscreen clean of finger prints. I used it right out of the box without charging and it is working very well. Since I teach Mathematics online I use the MEKO stylus every single day. Never had a problem with the old stylus I do not anticipate any problems with this new pen. I would recommend this highly specially for people that use online whiteboards.

It looks very nice, and I love it. The outside feels like the metal and very good quality. I will highly recommend to my friend.

This is my first active stylus, I bought this one as I wanted one with a softer tip like this one has. This works great with my Amazon Fire HD 10, I use it to draw with an art app. It is very accurate and doesn't lag at all when drawing. I doesn't track well on my pixel 2 xl, but that doesn't bother me as that's not the device I use this stylus on. The handful of other touchscreen devices it works great, like my Dell laptop from work. TLDR: This works well and feels really well built.

This thing is great! I love it! Even worked right out of the box to try it out. I mainly plan to use this for drawing but, it also works very well for practicing hand lettering and note taking. The fine tip is exactly as it says. I have a number of different styluses and this is the top for sure, exceeding my expectations with its versatile design and fine tip. For those who hand letter, it Does Do thin upstrokes and thick downstrokes!! Amazing!! I couldn’t say enough about how satisfied I am in this seller and their product. Beautifully packaged. Just remind yourself it will auto shut off in 30 minutes. If you’re just drawing or writing along and loving life and all the sudden you’re not...just turn it back on again. Enjoy!!! You won’t regret this purchase! Treat yourself!

Love my new stylus for iPad Air. I had a regular Meko stylus and decided to try this new active stylus pen. Love that it feels like a pencil and it’s super responsive with no lag time. Has a soft tip on other end. Pen will turn off after 30 min to save to charge. Works well for my digital drawings. I’ve tried similar, higher end models and this pen is a great, affordable and quality alternative to the pricier brand names. Highly recommend for any artist working on their iPads.

I purchased this active stylus after trying MEKO’s precision styluses (with disc tips) and after having bad luck with another (more expensive) stylus. This stylus is amazing for my needs. I primarily use it with good notes and I am amazed at how well it writes- very close to writing with pen. The pen itself is durable and sleek looking. It is lightweight, to where it is comfortable, but not flimsy like other brands I have tried. I’m very pleased with this purchase and hope it holds up.

This review is specifically about the active pen side of the stylus. The regular nib side of the stylus is great but nothing out of the ordinary. The stylus comes with instructions on how to charge it (the instructions say the fully charged light would be green, but in reality, it is blue). But there is really nothing about how to get it to work with your tablet. By looking at the Amazon product page I found out you literally just turn it on and you should be good to go. It charged very quickly and it even came with a small Micro USB to USB cord. And I love the magnetic cap that covers the micro USB port on the pen!! The cap also doubles as a regular stylus nib The main reason I wanted this stylus is because I do digital drawings on my iPad Air 2. The iPad screen seemed unable to read the stylus. For a while I thought the pen wasn't working at all (even though the blue power light was on). I then attempted to use the stylus on my Samsung Galaxy S7. It worked perfectly. I didn't have to press at all in order to get the stylus to register. I contacted Meko to ask about the problem with it working with my iPad, but then I got it to work on my iPad by, you guessed it, turning the stylus off and on again. Lol I immediately tried out some digital line art. The stylus has a bit of a drag to it (as in the pen point isn't EXACTLY on top of where the digital line shows up). But it's only off in precision by a millimeter if not less. My line art turned out quite wobbly with the stylus pen, but I attribute that more to my being inexperienced with a pen stylus. (For digital, I've only ever used the Meko nib stylus) The stylus pen requires a steadier hand since the point is so fine. (I'm an experienced traditional artist so I know plenty about steady hands and clean lines when using graphite/charcoal pencils and ink pens). Of course an electronic stylus isn't exactly as like using a regular ink pen. The constant 'tic tic' sound of the stylus pen against my iPad screen was pretty annoying but I'll get used to it. Gotta take the bad with the good. All in all, I look forward to becoming more skilled with the active stylus. I plan to give an update after I've gotten more comfortable with using the stylus pen. After using it a couple days, I can it has a lovely solid feel to it and although it still only works for my iPad about 50% of the time, the problem must be with my tempered glass screen protector (since it works perfectly with my Android phone). When the pen does work, it feels like a dream!
