I love it so much easy to use.I live in florida and do smoked kingfish. always used a bullet smoker.comes out great no water though.

we have large grills and smokers but wanted something quicker and smaller for small portions. it has worked well so far, only used 5-6 times.

Easy to assemble; however, I replaced most of the Wing Nuts with real bolts and nuts, and included some washers. Just makes it sturdier and longer-lasting, IMHO. The grill brackets may need some offset washers to properly center the grills on the bracket cutouts. No problem. Just a simple engineering fix. Laid a simple 1-layer pile of fire-bricks on the concrete patio (over a 2-layer base of Lowe's pavers), in a 3x3 foot base. Burned this smoker in today. Used a small bit of charcoal. Heated up to 350 degrees; cooled down as expected. Will slow-roast a pork shoulder tomorrow. Will use the water pan, as I looked at other folks using same with good results. A GREAT-Looking smoker!!! Green is a different look for small smokers. More feedback later.........
