These stainless steel mixing bowls are well-finished and reasonably durable. They are of slightly lighter gauge than bowls produced in the past.

Flat bottom, so they don't tip when whisking those eggs or dry ingredients

Great bowls for their use. Shallow mixing, whisking, even salads. I love these bowls. Just right for what I needed. I need deep bowls for mixing batter and such, but these bowls are the best for "tossing" ingredients. Salads, antipasto, even my flour/spice base for batter. I love these bowls. Sturdy enough for my whisking abuse. Wide and shallow, but with purpose.

I like knowing that nothing will leach into food stored in them.

I love them. I bought the set mainly for the 8 quart bowl. I use it when I make scones. Size and smooth shape are ideal for cutting butter into flour mixture and for working the dough. I've already made 2 batches. I used the 6 quart size for coleslaw that had to be in refrigerator overnight. All the coleslaw fit in just one bowl. Fantastic .

Great quality fair price

These are of good quality, and washed nicely both by hand and in dishwasher. Exactly as described.

Love them..

These are very good bowls i love them i bought them to make a double boiler to make homemade chocolate and it worked great cleaned up great love the flat bottom and really love getting all the different sizes.. they don't have lid's but i don't need them for my purposes I like to bake and these are perfect for mixing and melting chocolate in a double boiler and if you do need a cover you can of course cover them with foil ... i think they will last forever.. well maybe not.. but a good long while LoL..

Just what I wanted

I love these bowls! I looked for them for a long time, and all I could find were ones that were tall and thin, not short and wide. But these are just like the ones I'm replacing, short and wide and I am so happy to have found them! Not very heavy weight, but I didn't want that anyway. The lip on the top allows for a much better grip when you're pouring from them or washing them. I really am happy to have found these, and they'll last me forever.

Just what I was looking for.

I purchased these bowls to take the place of my plastic set. I've used all of them and they are just what I was looking for. I bake bread weekly for my family and need different sizes for the ingredients. These work great. I've also begun fermenting. I can put the cut-up vegetables in the largest bowl and use my tamper with no problems. The only problem I see is if someone was looking for a thicker, more sturdy bowl. These are thin, and the largest will "pop" on the bottom if pushed. However, these are just the bowls I was looking for. I would recommend them if you are not looking for thicker bowls.

Used them recently. Pretty good mixing bowls. Will probably buy another set.

I puchased this product with the expectation f a utilitairan product that would serve my purposes well, look good and stand the test of time. Although I have not had it for ver long, it appears to be exactly what I needed. I enjoy these bowls and look forward to many years of satisfaction.
