Call quality so far is sub par... - UPDATE 04/17
Been using these buds for a few days now. Good sound quality and actually better than the Airpod I gave to my teenager. Have not tried using it while working out or running but they feel comfortable out and about. My only major gripe is prolly on phone calls. I've had numerous calls where as the party keeps complaining about too much noise and/or static from either vehicles or the surroundings. Can't tell if it's defective as other reviews says otherwise but I will give it asshot for another week or so..... Hoping it's just bad from stock as am really digging it. You heard me Anker? Am a fan of your products from speakers, cables, batteries and now these..... Hear me out! *** UPDATE *** 3/24 - BEEN USING IT ALL DAY... CUTS OUT RANDOMLY I DON'T KNOW WHY.... PERHAPS A BAD SOFTWARE? PHONE WAS IN MY POCKET THE WHOLE TIME.... HOPING FOR THE BEST... ***** 04/16 UPDATE ***** ANKER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD. 1ST THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT UNIT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE I HAD WITH INITIAL PURCHASE WHICH I REVIEWED UP TOP. I STILL HAD ISSUES WITH THE REPLACEMENT SO SHE FINALLY SENT ME THE ANKER ZOLO WHICH IS A BLUETOOTH 5.0. DON'T GET IT WRONG, THE UNITS I RECEIVED AND TESTED WAS PROBABLY NOT FAULTY BUT MY PHONE (S10) WAS SO NEW IT PROBABLY CAME WITH NEW BLUETOOTH STACKS. THEY DID SOUND NICELY BUT DIDN'T REALLY SPEND MUCH TIME TALKING ON IT AS IT WAS MAINLY/PURPOSELY FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC. AND DID I SAY AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE? THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME THE UNITS AND CAME 1-2 DAYS LATER VIA UPS! JIMMY JOHN'S FAST OR FASTER!!!! LOL VERY HAPPY WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND AGAIN WITH THE SERVICE THEY'VE PROVIDED. SHE EVEN LET ME KEEP THE OLD FAULTY ONES AND I GAVE IT TO MY SON SINCE I GUESS IT WORKS ON HIS IPHONE 6. LOL

I love you Anker! Powerful phenomenal sound!
I own a ton of Anker products, speakers, power banks, micro USB, and USB type c cables. They've never let me down. These in ear buds sound awesome for the price! I'm super impressed. I've been looking for some wireless in ear buds I've bought about 10 of them from different brands and have returned all of them. But these sound amazing. They don't have any staticky noises or feedback when you're not listening to anything. No audio delay while watching videos. Super clear audio. Only tiny knit pick I have is they have a little more treble than I'm used to. But it's alright it makes it sound really clear. BTW I did not receive these for free. I bought them with my own money for $71 including all taxes.

Perfect for exercise. No neck cord!!
I’ve worn Anker/Soundcore wireless Bluetooth headphones for 3 generations now. Had to return one and received the new pair same-week. These Neo wireless headphones are my associate favorites. They maintain connection extremely well. The sound is clear and as “Bose-like” as I’ve found at 1/5th the price. As a cyclist I typically get dropout as my phone goes in my back jersey pocket (horrible for antenna connection). Haven’t had issue with these one bit. My only hope is the ability to stretch the 3 1/2 hour eetamated run time as Anker is a killer battery maker.

Fantastic performance for the price
I own a pair of Apple's AirPods and -- at 1/3 the price -- these compare very favorably. No, they don't have the W1/H1 chip that makes AirPods easy to use with iPhones, but if you're using these with anything other than an Apple product, you won't care? I'm using these with both an Android tablet and my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet and they work great. Bluetooth pairing is easy, they connect automatically to both devices, and the sound quality is excellent (note that in Microsoft Windows 10 you have a bunch of new options for audio sound quality, including "spatial" sound processing). I'm no audiophile, but to me these sound as good, or maybe even a bit better, than Apple's gen 1 AirPods. Maybe a bit better since these seal in your ears and block out background noise whereas Apple's airpods aren't designed to do that. The result, to me, is a bit better bass sound and overall clarity.

Better than the Jabra Elite 65t for half the price
I’ve always been a fan of Anker/Soundcore ever since I purchased their power banks. They always try and make spectacular products at a reasonable price and they have an amazing customer service team. As far as the Soundcore Liberty Neos are concerned, I have enjoyed them in the few weeks that I’ve had them. They only cost about $70 after tax for me and I’d say they sound about as good as any $150 pair of true wireless earbuds you could find. I had the Jabra Elite 65ts preciously and I have to say that I prefer these more. First of all, the case is much better on the Liberty Neos. The case closes magnetically and the earbuds magnetically stay in the case to prevent them from falling out. The battery life is a little on the shorter side but it’s fine with me considering I really only use headphones when walking or working. The case also had LED battery indicators for battery life but they haven’t been 100% consistent with the display but that was fine with me. The fit is pretty snug but I have not tried them while working out or in massive amounts of water. The sound quality, as I said, is pretty great for being so affordable It doesn’t have active noise concellation but I can’t really hear much with both of them in. Another plus is that you can listen to either headphone without both in your ears as long as both are out of the case. Overall, I really have enjoyed this product so far and I will continue to support Anker as a brand.

You get what you pay for!
These aren't the cheapest earbuds you can buy, but you get your money's worth with these! First off, my wife is a runner and she has a hard time getting a good pair of earbuds that fit her well and sound good. Soundcore Anker Wireless Earbuds, Liberty Neo Bluetooth 5.0 True Wireless Earbuds, Easy-Pair Sports Sweatproof Earbuds are exactly what they say that they are! Let's go over the pros and cons... Pros: Truly easy to pair - these paired up simply and easily, that isn't always the case with earbuds. Bluetooth 5.0 - this gives you longer range and more data which equals potentially better sound quailty. Sweatproof - I would even say rain-proof. The IPX5 specification means you should be able to wear these in the rain. Lightweight - they look big, but they don't feel big. Great sound - these are some of the best sounding workout or running earbuds I've heard. Great fit - my wife returns earbuds like crazy. She is extremely picky about the comfort and feel of her earbuds. She likes these! Great charging case. It is so easy to keep these charged. The charging case is better than my mom's $4,000 hearing aid case! Cons: Price? Stick out of your ear a little more than others - look kind of robot or Frankenstein - but kind of cool too! Overall, these are a bargain at this price and even higher - they really sound good, pair easily and fit well. Five stars all the way!!! I hope this is a helpful review. If there is anything more you would like to know, please ask. I try to check my reviews for comments and respond to them right away. I think it is important for fellow shoppers on Amazon to look out for one another by letting each other know if a product is good, or if it is a stinker. I take this very seriously and try to be helpful. Thank you!

Custom Fitastic!
I have 5 sets of bluetooth headphones in the house. Some with a wire between them, others without. These are the best and here's why. 1. Custom Fit. Anker gives you a few more accessories to taylor the fit to your ear than the other guys. It is really nice to have two "medium sizes". I found that I preferred the smaller of the two. The little tuck tabs also work great and again, you have many options here as well. 2. The sound is great. It's a very good balanced sound and it is clear enough to hear any imperfections in our digital music. I'm a music guy, so sound quality is important to me. I gave it a 5/5 stars but temper your expectations. I found it to have more than enough bass, and mids and highs were crisp and detailed. I gave it 5/5 as I'm comparing it against other wireless bluetooth earbuds. Comparing these to audiophile plugged-in headphones is unfair. 3. Noise Cancellation. It cancels noise because it plugs your ear canal. That's it. These should even have a noise cancellation rating as I think that should be reserved strictly for Active Noise Cancellation. 4. At the Gym. These are the buds you're looking for. I am retiring "the other best selling Amazon (MPOW Bluetooth wire connected earbuds)" for these Anker Soundcore's. I am so sick of the wiring pulling on one side or the other. These buds give you the freedom to move your head around and do all of those Crossfit or HIIT workouts without risk of the buds coming out. 5. So far the battery life seems to be as promised. I haven't done a full load to full drain time test, and I probably won't. I'm really good about plugging my stuff in and keeping it charged, but even if you're not, the case charges the buds a couple times for you. I'm sure if you have a desk job, the "case charging" will come in handy. 6. Connectivity. Instant. Bluetooth 5.0 is really nice. Pull them out and they are paired. Since I use these at the gym, I have them paired with my Apple Watch. I have no phone on me. That is sweet sweet freedom. 7. Charging. Plug it in using Micro USB. Charge away. The lights tell you charging status. USB-C would have been nice but for one Ulysses Grant, I'm not complaining. 8. Build. Seems to be solid. Case snaps open and closed firmly. The buds are strong, nothing flimsy about them. If Anker were smart, they would offer various colored "tuck" bands for these as it would allow people to have a more customized look. 9. The Case. It's a lot smaller in person than what you see on YouTube videos. I call that a plus. It also doesn't look like a dental floss container or cost 2 bones. 10. What's Odd? The logo. It looks nice, and someone obviously spent a little bit of time thinking about it, but for a product called the Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo, you would think it would have been an "S" logo for Soundcore, or a Liberty Neo logo. Instead they just grabbed a random letter in the middle of the word Soundcore for their branding of these. So enjoy putting the "d" in your ears. ;-) I was impressed enough by these buds that I wrote this review almost immediately after receiving them. I also took all of my custom silicone parts off and put on smaller ones just so my wife could try them. She was impressed as well, which means I will probably have to buy these again... hmmm... Mother's Day is coming up... If I lost these, or needed another set, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. Well done Anker. Also, I didn't receive these as a promotion and I am in no way associated with Anker. I'm just a happy customer who received a product that was better than expected.

Truely wireless headphones
Anker products are just great they are well made and very affordable. I have had these now for about 3 weeks and they are great. The sound quality is great and I was able to use them for about three days before needing to charge them. But favorite feature is the bluetooth 5.0 which allows the buds to connected automatically to your device. Definitly 5 stars. I have a youtube channel Silentspeed19 I recently changed it AC unboxing. I would like to review more of your product. THANK YOU!!!

So far, I love them.
I've only had these a few days, but so far I love them. I had a pair of the Zolo Liberty+ earbuds that Anker released a while back and had a few issues with them. Decided to upgrade to these and am glad I did. They fit in my ears perfectly and don't fall out. They're comfortable and the silicon tips make a good seal that blocks out noise. The carrying case is plastic and very lightweight (as opposed to the metal, somewhat heavy case with the LIberty+) with magnets that hold the earbuds in perfectly, keep them from falling out, and make it a breeze to align them with the recharging contacts. They are also go a bit louder than my previous pair of earbuds, which I'm happy with. Overall, a very well engineered set of earbuds with great sound.

Amazing sound cheaper then other sets
I recently bought these after looking at various wireless models for a few weeks. I was actually about to by the liberty lites when suddenly these came out. I have used Bluetooth headsets for a while for everything especially when on my ship (US Navy). I had a set of Jaybird X2s that I have used for a while but the wire bouncing is annoying so I wanted to upgrade to something that would be durable like those (washed them twice) and be truly wireless. Honestly originally went to these because of the price. They were half the cost of almost every other unit I looked at. The other big factor for me is the customer support I have received from Anker in the past and the quality of the products. I have purchased various cables and battery packs. So far I love the sound of these and honestly the only complaint I had was that when I used them in a pinch to watch Netflix on my tablet they audio was out of sync. Plan to test it with my iPhone though and see if it was just that 2 year old tablet causing it. Other then that music sounds great the comfort in ear is amazing (I have rediculousy small ears) and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality product to run with.
