I have been dreaming of having my own DSLR for years now, and haven't been able to purchase one until now. I have been using my mom's hand-me-down Canon EOS Rebel for years, and it's old enough that cameras weren't digital at the time it was bought. Well, that was until the battery terminal decided a few years ago that it wanted to corrode and render itself useless. So I was finally able to take the plunge and order my very own DSLR, and I could not be more happy with this bundle. Everything came perfectly and neatly packaged, nothing was missing, nothing was damaged. Everything was perfectly pristine and beautiful. While I am SO far from being a professional, behind the camera is my happy place and I'm so glad that I now have something that will get me farther than any cell phone could have. I have fiddled around with it since I received it last week, but I haven't had a chance to really get into anything worth posting or sharing. But even so, this has far exceeded my expectations even with just the silly little practice photos of my dog and some candles. The only downside to this purchase is that my son karate chopped a cup of water right across the living room onto my Macbook, which, much like the Canon is now completely useless. I was looking forward to using the photo editing bundle that came with the camera, but now I have to invest in a new laptop, much like I did the camera.

Basic newbie kit for hobbyists and beginner professionals. Great quality items. Bluetooth enabled to download directly to your phone. Smart tagging available for picture parameters. No problems with anything. Very satisfied with the order. Shipping was 5 days, instead of 2 as advertised. Which mattered very little to me, but still notable.

I'm still in the learning process and not familiar with all the functions this camera has to offer but so far I am very pleased with the picture quality and the easiness of using this camera. It arrived on time as promised. I do recommend this product for anyone looking for a good camera.

Excellent pictures from day 1.

Bought this in response to to the shortcomings of my cell phone. It has met my expectations with great pictures of people and places. The auto settings allow you to get up to speed instantly. As time goes by I am learning the many settings to make my photos pop. Download and study the manual to enjoy all this camera has to offer. Only criticism is lack of a 2nd battery in the package.
