Love this lamp! It’s doubles as stationary desktop lamp or a clamp on lamp! It’s a touch - on lamp, so make sure you’re not going crazy looking for the ON button. The magnifying glass is awesome and doesn’t make your eyes hurt or give you a headache after prolonged use.

Hello, wonderful magnifying glass, for a long time I was looking for something so comfortable, the magnifying glass is great, it has very good quality, now I can read my books quietly, it can be accommodated without any problem since it does not fall, it is very firm, the base has a good weight, its lighting system of three positions is very nice, it has no switches, it changes only with the touch, this is appreciated, I really love this lamp with magnifying glass, I take the opportunity to present my cat regalon .. " VALENTINO "to him also I review it with this wonder of lamp.

This magnifying lamp is perfect for my use. It plugs in, which I prefer over batteries. (I know some people don’t but I like it). It comes with a nice solid base or you can clip it to something else-in my case, the frame for my cross stitch. I tried to include a pic showing that it magnifies nicely, it’s tough to get in a photo. This is really going to help me as seeing the 18 count canvas is tough on my eyes. Has three brightness settings which are plenty bright enough in various types of lighting. Will probably get some good use on my diamond paintings as well, but mostly got it for cross stitch.

I paint miniatures. I am not very good at it yet, but who cares. This allows me to see the details in it so that I can paint because I am old and my eyes aren't what they used to be. Furthermore, the 4X magnifying glass really allows me to see the detail in the miniature so I can figure out what I am looking at. This has a very bright LED light. This will make my hobby much more fun. I can't speak to the durability of it because I haven't had it that long. However, so far, it is great!

I do pencil drawings and acrylic paintings, working from photographs. I have a large drawing board (23 x 26) and typically clip my paper onto one side of the board and the photograph (8 x 10) onto the other. I have an LED light that lights up the entire surface, but need to see details that I am working on. This small magnifier with 3 light levels works perfectly. It has a big, easy to use clip with a 3 position switch. It plugs into a USB adaptor, the same kind used to recharge your phone, and the clip part removes from the base so I can clip it onto my board and move the flexible gooseneck around. The little circle that magnifies even more is useless to me for this, and at first I thought the desk stand wasn't necessary either. However, I realized both of these functions could be used for other purposes, like removing a splinter when you need to see and use both hands, or for other close-up work that is on a flat surface, so I give it 5 stars for versatility that I originally didn't think I needed/wanted. I'm actually ordering a second unit so I can have magnification of the photo and the drawing/painting for better comparison.

I bought this magnifying lamp to help me when making my wire-wrapped jewelry. While I use reading glasses for close work, I found I needed extra magnification to finish the wire wrapping neatly and to thread fine wire into small 2-3mm stones when making cluster earrings. This lamp is perfect and I’m loving working with it!! Very bright light at max. brightness, easy to move as needed. The weighted base is sturdy and stable. I have not used it in the clip-on mode, only in the table top mode. The swan /goose neck is long and maneuverable enough to change position as needed-either to bring down for close up work or to raise to just have extra light but not use the magnifying lens. Overall, excellent purchase!!

This magnifying glass lamp is better than I was expecting. I thought it only had a clip to hold it in place but it actually has a base that the clip hooks into. The glass is clear and the light has 3 levels of brightness. Very sturdy! Only one thing, it says it comes with a glass cover to protect from scratches, it did not.

It wasn't what I originally wanted, but it was the closest thing that I could find and I am very happy with my purchase. The base is heavy so it doesn't slide around, the clamp is big enough to clamp to a workbench and the LED light is very bright. Be aware that it must be plugged into a USB port to use the light feature. A lithium-ion battery to hold a charge would have been nice, but it doesn't have that feature.

I have searched for the perfect light/magnifying lamp for a few months and this one is perfect! It is exactly what I need for close-up crafting, reading the ridiculously tiny print on most health and beauty products, and the fact that it can clamp on, or sit in the very stable base is just stellar design work. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I love this light and the many positions that I can put the gooseneck into. But I took it off the base to clip the lamp onto a piece of furniture since there was no flat surface to place the base on. It works well, but for me to reposition it to see my cross-stitching, moving the gooseneck makes the clip lose its grip and slip off whatever it was clipped to. Other than that, I love this lamp for the 3-brightness levels and magnification. Wish I had gotten this a few years ago.
