Thw headphones feel alot better than they should at that price point. I had people tell me the mic sounds good and the speakers do as well. I had a small issue but the company is stand up and took care of it very professionally. I would reccomend these headphones!

Happy with this headset

Very comfy headset. It has a USB plug, but it's only to power the lights; no USB audio. It has a TRRS connector that works perfectly with a PS4 controller, and an adapter to split the connector for use with separate headphone/mic TRS jacks. In addition to PS4 gaming, I also use this headset with my amateur radio transceiver, and I have received positive reports on the audio quality. An interesting note: a 100w HF transmission will light up the LEDs even with the USB disconnected... No audio issues, though.

Good sound and comfortable to wear

good sound and comfortable to wear. I bought these for my husband`s birthday half month early and I kept them hidden away in the closet until his birthday. There was a problem when she opened the box. the return period had already passed so I e-mailed Swenter explained the problem and they sent me a new set in 2 days, which was a Sunday. New ones work fine.

felling good

I cannot overstate how comfortable they are. The faux leather earmuffs feel silky smooth and they come with an extra set of cloth ones if you prefer. I haven't tried those yet. I've heard about the issues with the wiring connections a few people have had so I will update if I experience any of that. I've had them for a couple weeks now and so far so good. I got them for a great price but would have paid more for them anyway after having tried them out.

Great headphones!

Excellent pair of headphones that I use almost every day. Extremely comfortable and adjustable, good sound quality, and good mic quality. I use them with both my computer and my xbox one and it works perfectly on both. I don't believe there is a better value headset on amazon than this one!

My kid loves it

Purchased this for my baby to use while he plays his Xbox One and he lovessss it. Hasnt said anything about it so far yet. I brought it back in February I believe so I'll give it a couple more months before I provide another review.

Great quality!

The friend of mine is very hard of hearing and she doesn’t like to wear hearing aids. It makes a big problem to communicate with her on phone so we tried to use Skype, but there were no difference. One day I realized that it might be helpful to use headphones! And it did maid a big difference! She was crying! She was so happy to hear and talk to people without strength again!

The soft pad allow comfort even with glasses on.

When using a headset one of the biggest problems that come with it is the fact that it is just not comfortable with my glasses on. This head set has very soft pads so its comfortable for me even with glasses on. The led works as expected very nice. The lights change from color to color in a nice gradient. The sound quality is quite good and I am quite happy with how good the sound quality actually is. The only problem I had with the head set is the fact that some of the corner pieces are mildy sharp but you shouldn't even notice this unless your actively trying to feel for it so you should be fine.

After Xbox One X failure, product is confirmed to work perfectly...

***Update*** The Xbox One X was defective (power to system was wreaking all sorts of havoc; took days to narrow it down and find the issue). Now that I have a new and fully operational Xbox One X this headset is working as described. It fits nicely for all of us here at home and none of us have any complaints. I may purchase two more for the little ones for Christmas. On a side note, this works well with the Nintendo Switch, too. My son plays on Fortnite (Switch) and I can hear him clearly on the Xbox side with no issues, on PC side of Live as well. Also, I have verified that the Switch, Xbox, and PC (Windows 10 Pro) power the headset fine, although I rarely use it. Even the kids seem to leave it unplugged from the USB ports. It isn't a feature we really utilize, but it is functional with zero complaints; it looks really good, however... akin to the Autobot insignia. I have no complaints. 5-star product all the way. Until I can figure out how to contact the seller (usually quite easy through Amazon), I will determine if this is a defunct product or maybe I am too new to the Xbox One X. The sound goes from optical to soundbar on my wireless set, and all chat through headset. With these I can chat and use voice commands and everyone hears me fine and many state that my voice is super clear. The only issue is the game sounds go into the soundbar AND the headset making chat nearly impossible. I have messed with the settings with no solution. Hoping to hear from the company soon. I want this resolved soonest to ensure I rate this product accurately.

Quality Gaming Headset that gets the job done.

I can’t complain about it. Bought as a backup so i don’t have my Astros ruined by the kids. It is a solid headset. Sounds great, mic pics up my voice nicely with no complaints.
